Scammed my son who is 11 years old. And over charge him. The waitress is very rude and have attitude.
They refused to give me the reciept of what my son paid. They said we can make u new reciept instead of reprint cos they order was not on system.

This is hands down the best place to get chicken wings in Pickering. The wings are huge, always cooked perfectly and the flavours are unreal. My personal favourite is the Honey Jerk. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves good wings!

To start off, i never put reviews for any business as i believe in fair chances. The restaurant was a disaster from start to finish, with food that seemed to have been slapped together with no care or flavor. The workers, who were all just kids, looked overwhelmed and barely knew how to handle the chaos of the kitchen or the customers, and their carelessness only made things worse. The owner, an absent figure who seemed more interested in cutting corners than managing the place, left everything in the hands of untrained teens, making it clear that quality and customer service were afterthoughts in this careless, mismanaged operation.

I ordered 2 messy sweetheart burger combos with fries and my total was $55 absolutely insane pricing and no drinks were included, the server was acting like she was terrified of her boss the whole time was waiting for food, poor girl

My Best friend and I was there Thursday June 26th, 2025 at 11:00, nobody opened til 11:30 am. The waitress came to take our drink order and I never saw her at my table after that. Instead I got to see 40 to 50 students eating pizza from another place in the Plaza. Then a student yelled out, I'm going next door to buy pop there causes it cheaper, she goes and gets it and shares with her friends. I went to the counter to talk to waitress about coming to get our food order, by 12:15pm no food or drink arrived. As I saw more kids coming in I grabbed my handicapped bestfriend and got the hell out of the loud restaurant. Why were the kids allowed to take all.the seating with the outside pizza. We were there first and we had to go and eat somewhere else. Very disappointed today, I like it there normally.PRW.

Terrible customer service. I called and someone answered but didn’t say a single word. Instead, they just left the phone aside while I kept saying “Hello? Hello?” with no response at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If this is how they handle calls, I wouldn’t trust them with anything else. Very disappointing experience.

Absolutely pathetic service. I called and someone picked up the phone but didn’t say a single word. She literally put the phone aside and left me hanging while I kept saying “Hello? Hello?” over and over again. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers, I can’t imagine how bad their actual service must be. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered wings. The cashier was very sweet and helpful. That’s where the quality ended. The wings were salty and over cooked. The bag they used to pack the wings had a dirty napkin inside. Suffice to say very very dirty. The manager denied it was their bag. He was rude unhelpful and unapologetic. Disgusting I don’t have time to return to a restaurant after going home with take out yet he insisted he was not their bag and not their napkin. Do not go there
