I ordered 2 messy sweetheart burger combos with fries and my total was $55 absolutely insane pricing and no drinks were included, the server was acting like she was terrified of her boss the whole time was waiting for food, poor girl

My Best friend and I was there Thursday June 26th, 2025 at 11:00, nobody opened til 11:30 am. The waitress came to take our drink order and I never saw her at my table after that. Instead I got to see 40 to 50 students eating pizza from another place in the Plaza. Then a student yelled out, I'm going next door to buy pop there causes it cheaper, she goes and gets it and shares with her friends. I went to the counter to talk to waitress about coming to get our food order, by 12:15pm no food or drink arrived. As I saw more kids coming in I grabbed my handicapped bestfriend and got the hell out of the loud restaurant. Why were the kids allowed to take all.the seating with the outside pizza. We were there first and we had to go and eat somewhere else. Very disappointed today, I like it there normally.PRW.

Terrible customer service. I called and someone answered but didn’t say a single word. Instead, they just left the phone aside while I kept saying “Hello? Hello?” with no response at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional. If this is how they handle calls, I wouldn’t trust them with anything else. Very disappointing experience.

Absolutely pathetic service. I called and someone picked up the phone but didn’t say a single word. She literally put the phone aside and left me hanging while I kept saying “Hello? Hello?” over and over again. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers, I can’t imagine how bad their actual service must be. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered wings. The cashier was very sweet and helpful. That’s where the quality ended. The wings were salty and over cooked. The bag they used to pack the wings had a dirty napkin inside. Suffice to say very very dirty. The manager denied it was their bag. He was rude unhelpful and unapologetic. Disgusting I don’t have time to return to a restaurant after going home with take out yet he insisted he was not their bag and not their napkin. Do not go there

They always impress me with their spice! Bring on the heat! Also best garlic parm fries ever!

I went there at 9:20 and they told me we are closed and on google it says there closing time is 10 and they told me we are closed because they wanted to say you guys can't finish it till 10 this is so embarrassing plus i am there 3 years old customer guys please don't go there they are such a selfish and don't care about there customers

Was cycling in the area and decided to stop for lunch as it was the closest place to go. That was definitely a hit!
We ordered 2 different tastes for wings, sweet potato fries and regular fries.
Wings were crispy and sauce was flavourful. I dint know what they put in fries but it's just tastes amazing and I'm not even a fries fan!

Will definitely be back!
