Food was not too bad. We ordered the butter chicken, lamb tikka masala and Bombay aloo with a basket of naan. The fish pakora was hard and not much fish in it and the bhel puri was not up to par. The service was the worst - almost felt like we were inconveniencing the waitress who looked visibly annoyed at anything we asked or requested. Even asking for containers seemed like you were asking for a them to build a gazebo in your back yard for free on a hot day. I will not go back nor do I recommend dining there. Whole atmosphere would be better just by being friendly as a wait staff.

We've been ordering from them since they opened in Bay Ridges years ago. But today our order of onion bajis was actually burnt. Like black. I tipped them $10 too. And it was pick up. Not delivery. Sad. Their prices are way higher now but we were faithful. I can't trust them anymore to have good food. The amount of meat has diminished, etc.. But burnt appetizer is unacceptable.

The butter chicken was disappointing. The sauce was too thin and tasteless, and the chicken was dry. Wouldn’t recommend it. The special platter was a letdown. The tandoori chicken was dry and tasteless, while the prawns and fish were decent. Overall, the chicken items were very disappointing and lacked flavor.

Worst food I ever tasted. Their soya chaap is so bad it tastes like it was dipped in water and then just barbecued. No flavor no aroma just plain chunks of surface burnt and undercooked from within chap. Would not recommend.

Zeera by the Bay used to be so good back in the day, but we were disappointed with this last takeout. The butter chicken sauce tasted watered down, the saag paneer didn’t have much flavour, and the garlic naan was tough. The rice side dish was by far the tastiest option followed by the zeera special chicken dish. I wouldn’t rush to order from here again.

I do not live in this area but never going to order from here ever again. Okra do pyaza was in the initial stage of going bad. Naan was partially uncooked. I have a 2.5yr old luckily I did not feed him this food. Kofta was ok not great. Seeing the reviews being so bad should have never ordered from here.
