The food was delicious. We were there for lunch. The place was not busy. The server was amazing and accommodating. I recommend the calamari (it's made the way it's supposed to) the sausage flat bread, the veal sandwich and chicken parmesan sandwich. We will be going back and try the dinner menu next.

Had the countylicious dinner. Started with seafood pasta which was sent back as pasta was undercooked. 2nd course of braised beef was AMAZING as was the chocolate pumpkin cake. Service was top notch!!!! Very poor table layout but food is yummy and this continues to be one of our fav spots in Picton.

Very disappointing, if like me you are used to food and service standards akin Toronto you will be very disappointed. Server mentioned sizes were big, they were tiny. Our meatball pasta had two meatballs on top of a breakfast size bowl of pasta. The food was very basic and reminded me of canteen style food, the meatballs didn't seem fresh and the sauce out of a can. Prices for these portion sizes and quality were astronomical. I would struggle to ever recommend this restaurant to anyone

Food was fine. Caesar salad over priced, had too much dressing, and had dry, cardboard tasting pancetta in it that was just gross. Braised short rib dinner was tasty, tiramisu was good but a bit too sweet. Service was friendly but ultimately slow, inattentive, unprofessional, and uninformed (ie was unable to make wine recommendations). Seriously need to do some staff training here because a better prepared server would have really elevated the experience.
We were a group of 5 that walked in yesterday evening, and were told by the hostess that there were no more spots available. However the group right behind us was also walk in and they were given seats in the patio outside. When we asked the hostess she said we never mentioned that we wanted to sit outside. Terrible customer service, we just wanted a table, sitting outside was never given to us as an option. Hostess was not helpful at all and was rude. It's up to the host to tell the customers all the available options, instead of the customer asking many questions to see if there's an open table. Don't recommend.

The lasagna was amazing !!! Truly authentic Italian sauce. Portion was huge. Atmosphere was cozy, warm and felt like Italy with the Italian decor. Service was great We will be back for sure. Thank you for a beautiful evening.

Not so pleasant reviews are rare for me but I don't want to pretend it was any better than it was. We found the atmosphere so-so. I guess it may be impossible to find a quiet table in Picton during the summer. The staff we had simply did not put much effort into her work. Very uninspired, made no conversation with us. The food was not up to standard. The Burrata was rather expensive for what could have come out of a grocery store. My wife's GNOCCHI the sauce was broken which throws everything else off. My BEEF TAGLIATA was cold and chewy. Overall flavor was good and we both liked the DAILY BRUSCHETTA. The saving grace was the desserts. Raspberry Cheesecake and Carrot Cake were both delicious.

We ordered chicken Parmesan with pasta and their tiramisu for take out, and it was the best Italian food I’ve had in the county. Some of the best food I’ve had in the county. The portion sizes were perfect! Delicious!
