Service and food used to be amazing. However, I came in tonight and was disappointed to receive a burrito that fell apart completely 3 bites in due to being so mildly toasted after wrapping, and be told by the new employee that we couldn’t have our crunchy chicken tossed in bang bang sauce as “they don’t do that anymore” even though we got it made like that a month ago. Very disappointing after never having a bad visit before this, and coming in at least once a month. Will reconsider future visits.

This location was alright when it first opened, but over the past few years quality has completely gone out the window. Went today and got a burrito, not sure who trained the guy working but he did not know how to even wrap a burrito properly, it was painful to watch. Ingredients looked old and dry. Literally zero customer service skills. Wasn't rude, just wasn't friendly or accommodating whatsoever. Unfortunately this seems to be a trend in our food industry these days. Won't be returning unfortunately

Got 2 rice falafel bowls Falafel was too dry I guess it was fried too many times and was blackish brown in color Rice was also too dry not sure if it was too old ended up trashing it
