When I asked if that was normal, the barista just stood there silently, staring at me with the most clueless, arrogant face - as if answering a simple question was rocket science. No apology, no fix, just awkward silence.
Finally, after I practically begged for a solution and even offered to pay the difference, he let me give him $2 more for something that didn’t taste like tap water. Incredible customer service, right? Charge the customer extra to fix your own mistake.
If you enjoy watered-down coffee and being treated like an inconvenience, this is your spot. Otherwise, save your time, money, and patience.

Great little cafe and bike shop! Caffeine to start your day and some tire repair to get you going again. I was there at 4pm and Jordan was able to squeeze in a tire replacement during a quiet period so I could go for a family bike ride the next morning. Amazing Ice latte with oat milk! Thanks!

My girls and I had a bachelorette weekend and for our last day (Sunday) we decided to stroll around before heading home. After brunch we wanted coffee to bring for the road and decided to support local since the inside of the store looked nice. This was around 2pm and one of my girl’s order had been made incorrectly by your male staff. (Sorry not sorry, the way he acted was not something a barista should do and I take pride in my history as a barista and never in my 5 years did I and would I act the way he did to a customer so I will not be calling him that since he does not deserve it)
My girl had explained to him what her order was and he had ASSUMED that she wanted an iced drink and when she reiterated that she never said she asked for a cold drink, your male staff started giving her attitude and CHUCKED the coffee grounds at my girls direction. Some grounds hit her btw but she did not say anything, even to us, until we had left your establishment.
If you cannot admit and take accountability for a mistake you made, the least that you can do is ask someone else to do it for you and not lash out at your customers. It was a very unprofessional behaviour coming from a local shop that we decided to support as visitors to your county.
This place might be nice to its locals since it’s got a high rating but unfortunately not very kind to visitors. I hope you train your staff better so that nobody else will have to experience that kind of disrespect my girl experienced. He was lucky we are very civilized people and not some Karen who would’ve made a scene right then and there. Very disappointing and will not recommend this shop to my followers and circle of friends.
