Dinner Thyme Personal Chef Service

I first met Brent when he was hired he as a chief for a graduation event held at our summer camp. The event was for a private shool from Toronto. I observed his wonderful culinary skills. We have since engaged Brent to run and train our kitchen staff this past summer. He is a strong leader who brings out the best with the people he works with. Brent made amazing meals with so much variety, flavour and wonderful presentation! I would highly recommend engaging Brent for your culinary event.

Brent was fantastic! He accommodated all dietary restrictions and cooked some of the most delicious meals we have ever had! He left the kitchen cleaner than he found it too! Highly Reccomend!

Brent provided a sufficient dinner experience for 10. However, some items to note: he was late and arrived without his server (who was sick). I then requested he refund me the fee I paid for, for the server ($140). He proceeded to withhold partial funds until I agreed to write a review for him which I did not like and I will never receive that money back. The food was good, but it wasn't spectacular. He does however accommodate dietary restrictions. I'd say you get what you pay for. As much as I appreciated his services, I wouldn't book with him again.

Ik absolutely amazed by the beauty and quality of my new knife set! It makes cooking so much more fun and is just a wonderful addition to any kitchen.
