I first met Brent when he was hired he as a chief for a graduation event held at our summer camp. The event was for a private shool from Toronto. I observed his wonderful culinary skills. We have since engaged Brent to run and train our kitchen staff this past summer. He is a strong leader who brings out the best with the people he works with. Brent was fantastic! He accommodated all dietary restrictions and cooked some of the most delicious meals we have ever had! He left the kitchen cleaner than he found it too! Highly Reccomend!
I was very lucky to have dinner prepared by Chef Brent! Every course was amazing! He even provided additional courses that included appetizers, and dessert, which were also wonderful. I would highly recommend his dinner service!
