Brisket was a tad dry, but just ask for the point/fatty cut. Hardly enough to lose a star.

My husband loves bbq briskets and has had them at so many different places. This is hands down his favourite. Their salad is also delicious. It’s a must have every time we visit PEC!

How was the food? Dunno. Drove 45 mins to get BBQ, waited in line, only to find out that (with 3 hours still to go to closing) all they have is brisket left. Yes, it is a long weekend. Yes, this is a tourist area. Maybe they should have considered that when preparing for business this weekend. Incredibly frustrating. Maybe if they had a website they could let people know to call ahead if they actually want to eat on a specific day. And no, I am not calling a restaurant 3 hours before they close to ask if they still have food available. Ridiculous. I hate giving bad reviews, but FORTY MINUTE DRIVE.

This place is absolutely amazing! We got the 3 mini sliders the pulled pork and slaw was out of this world and their fries with garlic aioli was killer and wish he could have sold us a bottle! Highly recommend adding it to your stop.
Hands down the best bbq I’ve ever had! All meats cooked to perfection, delicious, very fair pricing, excellent sauces and cider from Crimson next door pairs very well too! It was quiet so they brought samples of the remaining meats we hadn’t ordered just we could sample the whole menu! Compliments to the chef!

10 stars!!! We had a late lunch here in August 2024 and the love, attention and time he puts into his food is tasted in every single bite.
We had the ribs, brisket, chicken, coleslaw, corn bread, salad and potato salad. Each and every part of our meal was unique and tasty.
We would absolutely return to try even more menu options. He really enjoys to cook and it shows!!!
