The best ribs in the Kingston/ Picton area, hands down (well… in 50 km radius, and across the water from Kingston). Ribs are full of meat and smoke flavour, smoked in the real smoke, perfect sauce, meat falling off the bone, but still holding it’s texture. Wife and I came for lunch after camping and extensive google searching. Devastated we found you at the end of season. The food was life altering, staff (family?) were extremely pleasant and the little one yelling out an order was priceless. Will definitely be back!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Right from when we walked up to the food truck we loved every minute of our visit ! We were greeted by the chef’s super friendly mom, who easily made accommodations to our food orders to make our meals even more delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed both the brisket and the pulled pork, and all of the sides were great as well ! There are picnic tables with umbrellas right out front, with plenty of shade for our dog too. Thank you to everyone involved in making our meals so enjoyable! We highly recommend a visit here !

We work 20-30 weddings per year and last night we were lucky enough to enjoy a meal served by these fine people!!
In 3 years of catered meals THIS was absolutely the best food I have ever eaten.
The brisket was the star of an otherwise exceptional spread including ribs, chicken, pork, veggies, potatoes, salad and slaw and last but not least the sauces!!
I will make a point to recommend these people to every client we encounter to eat this deliciousness again and again (or make a trip to the county)

If you are looking for outstanding BBQ, Hendricks will not disappoint. Big draw here, high turnaround, probably because ppl love the food here! Only draw back for me, portable potty, and gravel parking lot.. I didn't go into the cider plc here, I will next time though.

Came here to visit Sandbanks and was close by in Picton. We were curious about the bbq and decided to come here. The entire family loved the flavours of the food. The brisket was pretty good (always ask for the fatty cuts). The cornbread was pretty good and soft.
The food was so good that we had to order more foods (2 meats + 2 side combo).
Definitely would come back for more when back in Picton.

Discovered this amazing BBQ truck during our stay in PEC and it was definitely the best meal of our trip! We had Annie’s platter with extra sides. Everything was juicy, tender, and flavourful, and the mac n’ cheese was crazy good. Our kids said it beat any BBQ we’ve tried in Toronto. Staff and owner were super friendly. Bonus: it’s right beside Crimson Cider Company, so we grabbed a pack of Peach Cider to go. Highly recommend!

Eat. Here. Now. Mark makes some of the best BBQ I have ever had. We had the ribs, bbq chicken, fried chicken, fries, mac & cheese, corn pototo salad, and corn bread. Everything (and I mean everything, right down to the four different sauces) was on point. The service was so good, it’s more accurate to call it hospitality. We will be eating here every time we’re visiting the county.
