20 min wait for chicken last 3 or 4 times I tried going.

We ordered a bucket of chicken from the Picton store. The chicken was extremely greasy it appears to me they took chicken that was cooked and probably sitting for a while and placed it back in the oil vat to heat it up.. we ended up throwing it all out as our group of six could not tolerate it. Very disappointing. But on a good note the front line staff were very friendly and polite.

Went to KFC last night around 6 pm for dinner, and they ran out of everything ,and said they weren't going to be taking any Chicken out at all or anything else.What kind of service is that?!?! When there open till 10 pm at night. I wouldn't even give KFC in Picton a star 🌟 , but need to post. They need New management that knows how to not run out of food cook and handle the customer service better. I will never set foot in that place again.Very disappointed !!!

The service was terrible I was in the store waiting for my order for 45 min. The chicken was very greasy, there was no gravy. Will not be back to this location

Me and my family got a 14 piece bucket, and the chicken looked so nasty and greasy, (there was some mold.) i couldn't even eat it. I also found hair at the bottom of the bucket.

I visited this KFC location on 25 June 2025 08:57 PM, only to find it closed well before the posted hours. When I tried to inquire, the staff seemed uninterested in assisting or even acknowledging waiting customers. If the store is closing early regularly, the hours should be updated online to avoid wasting customers' time.

Additionally, the attitude of some employees felt dismissive, as if they were actively trying to avoid serving customers. This is unacceptable for a well-known chain like KFC, where consistency and customer service should be a priority.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch. I haven't had KFC in a while, mainly because any time I do, the chicken never tastes as good as it used to. But I decided to give it a go. Ordered the 2 piece meal, with fries and an iced tea. It was a little bit of a wait, but I didn't mind. Everything was fresh, and the chicken actually tasted sooo good. My boyfriend ordered a box, and his came with popcorn chicken. I'm not a fan of the popcorn chicken, but I'm glad I got to try it. We took our food to go but the service was great! We will definitely be back when we're in town!

The worst customer service. They are very rude to the customers. If there was an option to put 0 star, I should've rated that. I better say if you wanna eat, go to the nearest McDonald's. Dont Come Here. Save Yourself. They dont even clean the place.

Miss Wonderful

Used the app for the first time and thought I ordered an 18pack of original chicken, however it was ā€˜tenders’ only for $67 with 3 fries, 1 gravy. The supervisor rudely me ā€œtoo badā€ once discovered at home and wouldn’t offer any discounts or options so I could actually feed hungry family! I’ll never buy from this crap location again, they don’t care about customers at all! Wish I got her on camera to livestream how rude and uneducated this manager was on accommodating customers to keep them! Pffft!
