I’m sad to say we will not be eating at KFC again. This is the second time our chicken pieces did not even resemble a piece of chicken. We got a family bucket, if there were thighs or a breast in there I could not find it. Atleast 3 of the pieces when pulled apart were a tablespoon of chicken and a piece of bone-all breading no meat. I’m afraid the quality was worse than last time. The staff was friendly but the product was horrible.

The staff here is very rude, the service is not good, my brother who came here on 22nd December, between 7 and 8 in the evening, misbehaved with them and pushed them away and raised their hands, this is not a good thing.

My uncle was recently physically assaulted at this establishment by one of the employees for simply asking for how long it will be for his food. They got very aggressive with him and used racial slurs towards him. Told him to get out store and this country.

Respected Management...this is to inform you that a physical assault was done on my uncle at you KFC STORE LOCATED AT 90 Pictor main st, OntarioCanada store on 22ndDecember 2023 between 7-8PM and.... my uncle was standing in queue and your staff was not bothered at all nd they were slow in their work when my uncle asked to do it fast people at the counter asked him to leave and became abusive with him and when he refused to do so their cook came from inside and started thrashing him He started thrashing, punching & pushing my UncleMy uncle was badly hurt.Ambulance & Cops were called immediately by witnesses.This kind of miss behaviour & physical assault is not acceptable at all,That employee should be fired immediately & we demand for compensation as my uncle is under mental Trauma & physical hurtThis issue will be accelerated to high level ...and will make sure actions are taken.

I ve been trying KFC from Toronto to Kingston. Picton KFC is the best. Tasted what KFC used to taste like. Not greasy. Full of flavour. My kids loved it. I Wish Toronto., Durham Region, All the way to Kingston followed Picton KFC's lead. Beats the other fried chicken places in the market today. Thank-you for bringing back happy thoughts from my childhood when I would enjoy fried chicken with my Mom and Dad.

I like KFC before, but now we bought 18 pcs of chicken and it cost 53+tax and the sized is way way smaller, the tight made 2pcs instead of one only they cut it in to two, so it's become very small..Probably not coming back...

The worst customer service experience I have ever experienced from a KFC location in my life...I had very unpleasant experience with an older lady (racist) who praise herself for her rude behaviour and calls herself the manager & her cheerleader - a guy with eye glasses in the kitchen who was very very confused and lost.I ordered a twister zinger sandwich, and everywhere that I go, when I place this order... its assumed a wrap, if not they always ask me and confirm.Anyway they gave me a burger sandwich instead of a wrap, so I brought this to her attention and mentioned that it would be okay but that I just wanted a wrap really.Instead agreeing to the disagree, that either one of us could have misunderstood one other, she starts arguing with me in front of others. At this point I asked her what the store's franchise number was, so that I could report them, she kept repeating the stores phone number very very fast and when I asked her to slow down....she and the cheerleader from the kitchen both were asking me to leave the store.....and some folks were laughing along with these rude and racist staff, they were enjoying the condescending and rude behaviour they were putting up just for a wrong order...Never visit this store...specially if you are from a visible minority, I have never felt this unwelcome, this lady is a RACIST, its remarkable that so many reviews encountered same behaviour and yet she can stay working at KFC and KFC corporate is fine with keeping a racist in their workforce & franchise, promoting and branding these behaviours.Reported them to the KFC corporate complaints line......will also report them to the BBB, unbelievable.

Extra small portions and confused staff.Poor experience last year but that happens. Staff was okay this time, if a little confused about their menu. Ordered something from the menu and they punched in something different. I told them about the mistake and was told they don't do what I was asking for. I pointed to the menu behind and said it was right there on the menu. They looked confused and then just ignored me.Then french fry portion was about 1/4 of what you would expect (for both combos). It was like they cooked half an order worth of fries then split it in two. Chicken fillera were half the normal size you get anywhere else and the sandwich was all bun. Again the chicken piece size was about 1/2 of normal.Either I'm unlucky or the owners are cutting corners.

Called 3 times, 2 times no answer (45 minutes before they closed) finally they answered 20 minutes before they closed. Told me their kitchen was closed, therefore they couldn’t make anymore chicken, who closes their kitchen 20 minutes before they close?We’ve come in 20 minutes before, and was still able to place an order. Place is really going down hill.

Anything local I expected was here, so why not a 5 star one?Food, staff and atmosphere was fine.Enough parking available outside. Suitable place to refuel the body and hit the road.
