Lady passing out the food in the drive thru is rude. Asked me to pull up out of the drive thru and wait for are food. Now normally I have no issues with this but I was the only car in the drive thru. So I don't see why I need to pull up and block traffic in the parking lot entrance. When im not blocking anyone else where I was in the drive thru. Then I get my food and it's clearly been mistreated to the point the wrapper is ripped and the burger looks like it's been stepped on.

It was an average service like any other McDonalds the only difference is that when you request for ketchup they will give you a few packs that is covered in sauce and it’s sticking to each other very unsanitary and this is not the first time this is almost every time.

This outlet is located at a prime location of Picton town, kind off from where the town actually starts. It has a patio and a drive thru as well. Washroom were clean and tidy. I took a coffee from this place and it was hot. Staff was nice. Overall an amazing experience from my side.

I honestly cannot understand a word of what the people who are taking my order are saying because of the thick accent. He had to repeat 3 times until he passed it to someone else and this is my experience each time. There should be some sort of vetting done before hiring people.

I got my coffee and it was completely burnt. I had to go to Tim’s afterwards, not drinkable at all. Once I pulled into drive in I could tell this was not going to be the best coffee of my life. Very disappointed.
