Waited in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and it was not busy. There was no car in front of us. The fries were very over done and very hard to eat

Watched workers eat the food being made. Didn’t care about time and would talk occasionally whilst the line built. Luckily I used kiosk or else I would’ve waited 45 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER!!! I know because my step father ordered from the cash register itself. One of the workers pulled their phone out while the establishment was busy and rushed with drive through aswell. I hate to sound sarcastic, but what is the point of a fast food restaurant if the food doesn’t come fast?!

Unbelievably slow drive thru to get a coffee, had to request assistance twice before someone finally took my order.
Coffee was not hot and not to order.
Although better coffee, you are prob better off at Tim's.

Friendly staff and enjoyable service. Witnessed a staff member being berated by an older man today and the staff member handled it very well. Some guests are extremely rude and abrasive and the staff are still very polite, positive and friendly. 1 star reviews should be read with caution. Seems very extreme to rate this location as 1 star. Thanks for the great service. Always look foward to my morning coffee!

The employee at the cash walked around the counter to bring coffees to the senior citizen’s walker who was in line, that was nice. Michael (I believe) an older gentleman was lovely and brought our food to our table and kept busy. There is an employee behind the counter who cheers and shouts orders to others in the back as motivation but her voice carrying through the restaurant is shrill and uninviting. Idk if that’s actually a motivator. Ask your employees if they really enjoy hearing that. Sounded more frustrating in an already noisy, fast paced environment to me. I ordered a Big Mac and it didn’t come with a sesame seed bun! I’ve never seen that before!

In the era of meat substitutes, offering a "no meat" Big Mac is deceiving. The bun with lettuce, sauce and cheese is tasteless and a poor substitute for a meatless burger.
