The atmosphere here is great but the duck wings were very salty. It was a small portion that doesn’t come with any sides so I was still hungry in the end too. Adding a plain side like rice or mashed potatoes would solve this problem. The other dishes were good!

Incredible...... from the moment we walked through the doorway. Once you come in the front entrance you're instantly taken back by the view, absolutely breathtaking. With the back patio seating you are literally on the beach, sand beneath the deck you sit on. The water is crystal clear with a view you can only dream of. The food was exceptional. They offer a limited menu because they take pride in their dishes going the extra mile to make each one of them perfect. I had the Veggie Burger and let me tell you - it was all kinds of flavour! The charcuterie board was perfect for 1 person and offered a visually appealing presentation. The most exceptional aspect of this outing was the customer service... we had LISA & she made us feel at home. She went above and beyond to ensure I obtained a meal I actually enjoy, considering I'm vegetarian. She made us feel welcomed instantly and allowed us to choose our own seating. She gave us a memorable experience and we can't thank her enough for making our first date night out in over 4 months just perfect. Thank you for an incredible afternoon we can NOT WAIT to be back 🤗

A fantastic dining experience in beautiful Picton. 💫 I initially picked the restaurant strictly for the view — which was spectacular!! — but the excellent food was a welcome surprise. I got the vegan oyster mushroom dish and was super impressed with the flavour and freshness. 🤌🏾 I would definitely order it again and I can’t wait to come back to the Knoll the next time I’m in Picton. The service too was warm, professional, and fast, very impressive considering we were a group of 8. 🥰 I was especially pleased with the ease with which the bill was split. 🙌🏾

We stopped in for lunch on Saturday and, unfortunately, left feeling disappointed. There was only one other table finishing up when we arrived, yet it took over 25 minutes before our order was taken. The waitress seemed preoccupied, and drinks weren’t offered until we asked more than once. As we were leaving, she was visiting with a friend at the entrance, which reinforced the sense that service wasn’t the priority. The food was fine (about 7/10), but for the price, the overall experience didn’t measure up.

This was our first time dining here, and we were truly impressed. The food, atmosphere, and presentation were all outstanding. We’ve eaten at many places, but this was by far the best. Compliments to the chef and team! Wonderful job!

Had dinner at the Knoll tonight, with a couple girlfriends, the service and food was top tear! Krissy, Lisa, Aleah, Taylor, Tenzin, Raymond and Steve all were tentative, knowledgeable, kind and personable. They were busy, and had a few challenges with the water system, but did their best to keep everyone happy. I witnessed them approach each table several times throughout the night to see if everyone was ok and had everything they needed from 6pm-9:15pm (we had a few drinks after dinner and enjoyed the patio until close) being a server is not an easy job and this team did an incredible job tonight! Water was off for the resort for a short time, but alternatives were provided.
Great job tonight to the Knoll! We will be back!

Congrats to the kitchen—really good food. Service, though? We got seated at a table still holding the previous guests’ dirty glasses and waited 15 minutes before we could settle in. Drinks came after the food and no water entire night
