They were incredibly slow for the amount of staff they have. They weren’t overly busy, nor were they slacking—there’s just something a bit slower at the site. Customers were visibly bothered with the wait over the couple hours I was there. Nice big store, good location, and very clean. But, they will have to get their wait time down.

We got there at 6:45 and they refused to let us in to buy a coffee. We drove all the way from Kingston and we were really looking forward to a Starbucks. Super disappointing.

I've received top notch service from the Picton spot every time I've gone (which TBH isn't often, but has been several times). The staff are always working very hard, they seem very quick, and despite that they often still try to take a moment to connect. Nat is particularly good.
Can't say much about the food (don't usually buy it) but the drinks have always been correct, and they are careful to ensure my dairy allergy is taken care of with my Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso.
Read some of the other reviews and they seem unfortunate, as my experience has always been very good at this location.

Just walked in this location. I specially asked for light ice for my drink but ended up getting a full cup of ice cubes. Please don’t get rid of your ice cubes to me next time! READ THE LABLE!!!

Shameful…they rushed taking drive thru order, which they got wrong. Told to pull up and park, correct drink would be brought out. No apology for the error. After over 5 minutes, went in to check status, drink just sitting there. Gross customer service.
