A place of wonder. A hole in the wall we were happy to fall into. Disco ball and and great dishes, in a bite sized restaurant. Highly recommend!

Everything about this place is carefully curated. The food is thoughtfully prepared with extra attention diverted toward supporting + featuring as many local food producers as possible.
The drink menu is curated with intention, to give patrons the opportunity to engage in a true culinary experience often reserved establishments in larger urban centres.
Ultimately, everything Theia does is rooted in an authentic passion for the culinary art form. In a world of chains and restaurant groups, Theia is a refreshing breath of originality and, ultimately, honours the values of homegrown.

We tried a few different things off the menu. Rather pricy for what we got.
This cabbage dish, basically some cabbage leaves roasted and then sprinkled with cumin and soy sauce, nothing special at all, so expensive. For cabbage?
Trout, was ok, but again so expensive for just a piece of trout with some lettuce.
Duck confit, same story, small and expensive.
Bread and fresh butter, delicious.
Beef carpaccio, very good.
The menu is indeed limited, as mentioned by other people. That’s ok, but then at least make the items you offer, really stand out and don’t cheap out on ingredients and sides.
I wish the lightning was better, too dark for my liking. ?

Small menu. Local food. Excellent service and unique wine list. Be sure to make a reservation as there are a very limited number of tables.

I went here with my family on Friday night and I have to say this has to be the most perfect restaurant that I've ever been to in my life. The ambiance was well curated - perfect playlist, cute little disco ball, simple cozy decor. The service was so professional and kind. The food was amazing. We ordered everything on the menu and I loved every bite. Thanks team, keep up the good work :)

You’re missing out if you don’t go here. The vibes. The staff. The food. It’s all incredible.
My sister and her now husband hosted their rehearsal dinner here and all I can say is wow. Kimberly was such a gem. The wine selections were top notch. I only have good things to say about this place.
