As an avid foodie and restaurant trier, I can confidently say this was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. From service, to presentation, to flavour, their tasting menu was absolutely to die for. I was amazed by the dishes served and floored by each mouthful of something new. I had never experienced such mastery and craftsmanship with culinary dishes before, and I was truly in awe of the thoughtfulness and creativity put into each plate. The beef carpaccio was the best I’ve ever had, and our server was equally knowledgeable as he was personable.
This restaurant is farm to table, and the chef often experiments with local goods to incorporate into his menu. Originally a wine bar, but turned into a local gem and with good reason. When I heard that the chef was in his mid 30s and one of the top wine sommeliers in Canada, I was even more impressed. I am confident he will continue to accomplish great things in this field. I’ll be back to PEC next summer, and I am already looking forward returning. A truly incredible experience!

Excellent cooking going on in that kitchen- produce is always seasonal and of the highest quality (amazing PEC produce 😍) and each dish feels incredibly thoughtful and purposeful.
Wonderful front of house team as well- been served by Alex three times now and every time she has gone above and beyond and made us feel very welcome and looked after (and given us good wine recommendations too)!
If you are in Picton there is no reason to skip this restaurant !!! I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Cute place, the food is nicely prepared but not the most flavourful, depends on your palate. Lovely service.
The menu, when we dined, was as a carefully curated collection of local flavours that were subtle yet highly complimentary. The dishes are designed to share, making the experience intimate and memorable. My partner and I agreed that the meal we shared at Theia was unrivalled in recent memory. We are excited to return and explore what the changing of the season and menu will bring to Theia.

Wow what a meal!! Me and my partner were blown away with the quality of the food as well as the attentiveness of the staff. A must visit culinary experience that highlights the freshest produce in the area. The cavatelli pasta was our favorite dish.
The head chef was an absolute beauty explaining any questions we had about our meal. What it may lack in size it makes up for in product. Simple dishes done incredibly well Theia could hang with restaurant in the GTA. 10/10!!
