I love that restaurant. Specially the girl Gurpreet kaur, she is such a nice girl . I really appreciate her service, soft spoken , like her way to talk with customers.

The slowest location in Canada. Stood in line for 30 minutes. Longest drive-thru line up I’ve ever seen. Backed up all the way onto the street. Two employees working… embarrassing. Faster to drive to Belleville. I will never return here.

Ordered a veggie simply cheese flatbread pizza but instead was given a chicken flatbread.
When I went to return it back, the guy was quite argumentative and not accepting their mistake.

Asked for more milk for tea, the lady was arrogant and kept saying no.

The service generally was very poor, no milk or sugar was accessible. The staff was very rude and kept speaking in their own language and which made me feel paranoid and uncomfortable.

The staff didn’t wear gloves and careless about hygiene and health and safety.

The staff at this branch definitely needs more training in order to keep up a good reputation for Tim Horton.

I have visited many Tim Hortons on my visit to Canada and never experienced this kind of service.

Ordered dinner but lots of ingredients like the rice, plus I ordered a garlic bread and they didn’t have that either. So it was not a good value for
Money.

Stopped in during the morning rush, and the location was extremely busy. The line moved slowly, and it took a while to get my order. That said, the staff were doing their best to keep things moving under pressure. Coffee and food were good once I got them, but a bit more speed or extra staff during peak times would go a long way. Convenient location, just expect a wait if you're there early.

First visit to a Tim Hortons. Everything we wanted from the menu was unavailable including the drinks. The place was dirty too. Cancelled the order and got a refund.

The first time I had visited a Tim Hortons in 10 years or so... and I am even more disappointed now than I was when I decided to stop going back then.

My bagel was cut with 3/4 or more on one side and a sliver on the other, no butter as requested and if this thing ever saw a toaster... it was in a past life; again, despite requesting it be toasted.

The cherry on top? A boston cream donut shoved in a bag and ALL of the fondant squished into the paper with not even the memory of chocolate from days gone by left on top of its stale remains.

Only positive thing? At least, on this occasion, the donut had filling.

It's official, never giving Timmies another chance for the rest of my miserable life. No need to make the hellish landscape of existence even more unbearable by popping in here.
