It's pretty bad here. My bagels basically have no cream cheese and I mean you can barely taste it on the half of the bagel they put it on.
Also the service is pathetic. The lack of the communication at the windows recently has been poor and they don't even provide napkins anymore which you would think is mandatory since my bagel wrapper has more cream cheese on it than my bagel.

I have been attending this Tim Hortons ever since I was a little girl! The changes made since Mohamad has taken over are amazing. Staff that is actually friendly, staff you finally see on a daily now so they learn your order.. Definitely w9rth more the the 5 star it allows

Experienced terrible service this week. First I ordered a Chai latte and was given a coffee, come back a day later and I guess Tim Hortons stopped training employees on customer service.. never have I ever gone to a restaurant or coffee shop and been completely ignored by the employee. The service here has taken a huge blow. It’s sad. I’ll be rethinking returning here.
