On going to Tim Hortons we have found the quality of food not very good. They now seem very dirty in washrooms and tables never cleaned off. The language barrier seems very difficult. They do not seem to understand us and vise versa. We sure hope things change in the future to what we used to know at Tim

Restaurant under new ownership and my experience is fantastic.
New owner and his team are really creating the atmosphere I'm looking for. Service is fast and friendly. New ow er goes out of his way to greet each guest and get to know you.
Keep up the great work!

Absolutely garbage these days.
This place is terrible!!! I have grown up in Picton ON, I know this Tim Hortons well and it has gotten worse substantially in the last 5 years. I went there tonight to get a soup and coffee. First off you can never hear the employees over the speaker. Secondly I ordered a cream of broccoli soup and it was more like water and broccoli. Absolutely disgusting and cold. Also the employees are never greeting or friendly like they used to be, pull up to window and you just pay and get handed your order, no greeting, hello, thank you, nothing. As I stated I’ve grew up in Picton ON all my life and this Tim Hortons is not a pleasant place to stop anymore, nor will I be returning ever. I highly recommend other customers to not go here or you will receive the same experience I just did.

The place was nice and neat, but the service was bad. The lady who took the order was rude! Went there on Wednesday November 13 evening.

Order is wrong almost everytime I order something other than coffee
Service incredibly slow and it feels like it's a chore to be waiting on servers. the staff who have been there for years are still wonderful....just not the newer.
Coffee is good 50% of time.

The food and service was great until I asked them to wipe the tables. Then asked the second person to wipe the tables and she said they were too busy right now
I sat there for half an hour, not putting anything on the filthy table All the tables were dirty, and there was debris on the floor, including many napkins I walk with crutches, so it was very dangerous
During that half an hour, they were at least four times when there was absolutely no customers in the store Lining up, so there was ample opportunity to wipe the tables and sweep the floor.
If you’re making so much money with endless customers, then you need to hire someone to keep the place clean.
It makes me worry about the overall cleanliness Of the food preparation areas!
I will never step foot in this Tim Hortons again!

I have been a regular customer at this tim hortons for a while, i come by and buy food before heading to work. However, almost every single time i have requested to heat up my wrap but every single time the staff there have given a cold wrap without even heating it up, please inquire about this service with your staff as i have been a regular customer here and would love to continue buying food from here if staff would be more efficient and effective with customer’s requests. Thank you

This timmies location.. man oh man. So we placed a large order here after visiting Sandbanks beach..first I asked for potatoe wedges! They said they do not have any, I said okay no problem, then my sons dad asks for potatoe wedges! The girl then said “oh we have potatoe wedges but you will have to wait 15 minutes.. we said okay.. my son ordered a spicy chicken wrap! She said they do not have spicy chicken, only classic.. we said okay that’s fine. We paid the bill and sat to wait.. 20 minutes later everyone has their food except my son! Where’s his wrap? My son went to ask them where his wrap is! They brushed him off. I went up and asked where my sons wrap is, the girl said she “didn’t write it but she can make it”.. i waited for a little while only to realize she wasn’t making the wrap! I then asked my sons dad to go ask the girl about the wrap, she said the same thing to him as she did to me but the difference is, less than 5 minutes after he asked her the wrap appeared on the counter. The timmies is clean, I would recommend this location if you’re driving by.. but honestly my overall experience here was wack.. my son sat there waiting for his wrap while we ate.. if my sons dad wasn’t there to ask the girl about the wrap we would have been sitting here for ten days waiting for her to figure out how to make the wrap and give it to us.
Something was wrong with the bagels - very strong chemical taste. My daughter and I couldn't eat it.
The atmosphere was better suited for a Punjabi wedding than a Canadian franchise restaurant.
Tim Hortons is going to loose thier customers if this keeps up.
