We had our wedding at Waupoos back in 2024 and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are absolutely top-notch. Rikki, the events coordinator with Waupoos could not have been more amazing, she is meticulously organized, made sure everyone was taken care of, including the vendors, and made the night run smoothly with absolutely no issues. Beautiful place for lunch, disappointed they didn’t have breakfast/ brunch. The fish cakes were good, the burgers were ok. Definitely a good spot for the view! Did a couple wine tastings- also good for the area. Service and space was fun as a big group.
Popped in to check out some wines local to the area. Got the tasting flight which was reasonably priced at $12 for 4 wines. The back porch area has a nice view over the vineyard with the lake off in the distance. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed, and a lot of work was going on out the back (mowing, shoveling, cleaning) which was a bit noisy and took away from the peace and quiet if the area. Other than that, we had a nice visit and tasting.
