Amazed to see halal chicken burger and poutine options. I tried Buffalo sauce burger and Nashville poutine but with thai chili sauce instead of nashville. It’s the juiciest burger and I was just surprised to find such an amazing halal burger.
10/10 for the taste. Service could be improved a little bit better.

I am very upset with the Blond who served me and my family of 4. we ordered 3 beer and one Margarita . My goodness she cheated us on the drinks. Served me a pineapple and and when i asked her , she said this is our Margarita . Really ? a very small ordinary glass of pineapple juice is your margarita ? you can google search and learn or ask the guest how they want it if you are taking so much money . margarita is made with its special juice and vodka with salt on the glass rim and a slice of lemon on the glass rim. This is why your restaurant was empty .

Stopped in for a casual lunch today and was pleased with what we got. The restaurant could accommodate a gluten-free requirement in an acceptable way. The food was timely and well prepared. Ingredients were fresh and seasoned well. The server was very attentive and offered helpful information. (She also had an adorable retriever puppy). The only (minor) complaint was the tables roadside were a bit noisy. We had the option to move to the quieter patio area, but then I couldn’t watch the puppy :-). We will very likely return for a future meal.

Sort of disgusting service
My wife ordered a margarita and the server gave a small glass pineapple juice
And charged $14
Even the glass was a normal drinking glass
We got upset for paying $14 for a pineapple juice in a very small glass
Server backed that that’s how they serve
Other drinks were ready made
But no margaritas except juice

Had a great dinner here on a quiet(er) weekday night. Our server was welcoming, friendly and attentive, and food came to the table quickly. We were so impressed with the above and beyond service. This is our new favourite chicken spot in the area and we can't wait to come back.

Was not a very good experience. Was told to find ourselves a seat on the patio and then waited quite awhile before someone brought us menus even though there was nobody else here but a couple who were already eating. When the food finally came the chicken was over cooked, in fact all the breading fell off my friend’s sandwich when she took the first bite. My salad had next to no dressing on it and when I asked for more I waited for the waitress to come out and tell me they were all out so someone was going to the restaurant next door to get more. All in all not a great experience at all!

Horribly long wait and the chicken was just not worth it. Lady in front of us ordered ahead and she still had to wait an hour. Funny enough we got ours sooner but not much and chicken was dry. There are better choices in Port Carling. Not cheap either.

Update:
I see that someone from the restaurant posted a reply asking for me to email them. Thank you but there are enough comments similar to mine so, no matter what, I would not return to try my luck at a getting better service or tastier food. Would they offer a discount, have me call ahead? Don't know but not worth the aggravation. I am just letting others know what our one and only time there was like. Not looking for free meal or special treatment. We just wanted good, juicy chicken from a place that specializes in chicken. We didn't get it at all and had to wait a really really long time.

This has got to be the slowest restaurant in the world that’s being run by kids who have no clue or just don’t care about customer service. You will be very frustrated going here and a lot more better options in the Neighbourhood. Too bad I found out the hard way.

Just don’t, these guys are a clown show. Food takes a very long time from order to delivery, the quality is very low. They specialise in chicken, but the OG crispy burger were overcooked and did not feel fresh. The club sandwich bread was not even toasted and just a mess. The fries are soggy and limp, clearly cooked at a too low temperature or left in a warmer bay for too long. For the high price, give these guys a miss.
