I see other negative reviews about the bad service here, so will add my own. We rage-exited without ordering when they declined to let my 9 months pregnant sister with toddler in tow use the restroom. No thanks. Muskoka Chills up the road has excellent scoops.

The boy who served us, I think his name was Ben. He was super kind and patient and he even gave us extra napkins. He suggested we try the coconut flavour and we absolutely loved it. This kid knows what’s he’s doing. Will definitely be back.

We came just before closing on July 8th, 2025. The boy working was just grabbing the sign from the bottom of the stears. As I walked up to the place and started going up the stears he looked at me. I asked are you guys closing ? He said nothing. He just walked inside the shop and he and the girl there locked the door right infront of my face and shut the lights off.
I mean fine you are closing that's fine. But why the hostility ? This was so rude. Why couldn't the boy just tell me sorry we are closed. This kind of behavior and attitude was so uncalled for.
Please train your stuff to be polite to customers or hire new stuff.

honestly fully disgusted by the service at this place. I went today to get ice cream with my son at 6:30, the shop closed at 7pm… I was walking up the stairs to go inside the girl working there shut the door and locked it, me & my son was knocking on the window and 2 girls working there looked and laughed. Never got served never got to ask questions as to why they were closing early, was a rainy day and not busy what’s so ever so I’m not sure if that’s the reason behind it but it’s still 30 min before closing and I got laughed at instead of being served. No respect what’s so ever to you or your kids by the workers in this place

Very delicious Kawartha ice cream. Good sizing for prices. Busy when we went but the line moved quickly.

Paid 10 dollars for the grossest berry smoothie. Also had their passion tea lemonade + a scoop of sorbet and that was good. AVOID their smoothies at all costs.

First off the smoothies and milkshake were brutal i don’t think they clean things there, i’m allergic to peanuts and tasted a hint of it in my smoothie and doesn’t come with any, my friend like the ice cream but i would not recommend drinks.
