First off the smoothies and milkshake were brutal i don’t think they clean things there, i’m allergic to peanuts and tasted a hint of it in my smoothie and doesn’t come with any, my friend like the ice cream but i would not recommend drinks.

We go to Port Carling twice a summer by boat, and one of the stops is Mooskoka's Ice Cream. It's a must when in Port Carling!Old town atmosphere and great selection.

Easily some of the WORST customer service. Young girl wearing the glasses behind the counter seriously needs an attitude check. Will not be going back. Rolled her eyes and pushed my icecream to me after getting my order wrong.

They were out of at least half of the flavours, including Mint Chip. So my family ate and enjoyed cookies and cream and I watched them eat. (My choice, I just didn’t feel like eating any of the available flavours). My kids sat on the 2 stools outside while my husband and i stood by, since there was no more seating. (there was a pizza place inside too.)
Very nice place and delicious ice cream. A fun and sweet bunch of teenagers running the place. We got stranded in the place as it started to rain cats and dogs. Maybe one advice for the place is to have available a garbage bin on site. There was a sign indicating to throw garbage on the street bin.
A staple in port Carling since it came to be. Mooskoka’s is a fun place to take the kids to get some yummy ice cream. They have frozen yogurt and drinks as well. Recently they have partnered with Knead pizza so you can order some pizza to pick up at the same time.Highly recommended for a family looking for some ice cream in the summer
Decent ice cream, no queue when I went. Bit confusing as it is both the pizza place and an ice cream place. Only 1 person was working both the till and the ice cream orders so we had to wait for them to serve 3 other groups before our ice creams were started. The lack of bins has clearly angered local people as there are signs everywhere.

If you stop using styrofoam containers and go for something biodegradable I promise I will change this to a five star review just write me a reply when it happens.
Ordered a milkshake and it took at least 20 minutes would not recommend if your on a time crunch
Ice cream is great, but still using styrofoam cups (move to recyclable or compostable cups please) and no garbage is provided. Asking customers to use street garbage is not practical, and leads to lots of trash on their patio...
The quantities will be huge and you don't have an option to taste the ice cream and will have to go by your gut feel. Nice and cozy place for an evening snack and ice cream on a hot summer day
Awesome ice cream in the centre of Port Carling
