Terrible customer service, gross coffee and the worst breakfast sandwich. I like to support local but I’d rather go to Tim’s.
Great small coffee shop. I like how they had a drive thru.

$10.85 for literally a two pieces of dry bread mixed with a slice of swiss and processed turkey. Will not ever go here again.

I love Oliver’s coffee, but the Port Carling location is the worst one. They never stir their coffee, the service is cold and rude, and the food is subpar. Today, I got two mochachinos, a ham and havarti sandwich toasted with mayo and a donut. The customer service from the woman on the cash was unpleasant, and it seemed as though she was annoyed to be there (as usual). My sandwich was handed to me cold but in meta foil. When I got home, I confirmed that my sandwich was not even warmed and, there was no mayo and The coffees weren’t sturred. It would be one thing if this was a fluke but these are issues I counter every time I go into Olivers Port Carling.

My cappuccino was scalding hot and burnt my tongue :// Please train your staff on how to properly steam/aerate milk to avoid this. Will only be ordering iced drinks from here from now on.
Bracebridge location is super friendly and engaging and the atmosphere is relaxed and laid back. Bracebridge location rocks

Love this place.
Fast drive-thru with friendly staff. Good selection of products but it's still not Timmy's.

Myself and my dad, both very hungry after struggling to find a place that was open near or within Bala. We were out of the area and did not know the place very well. Right from the get go, both blonde ladies working there (early to late twenties) were giving us a bit of a nasty look. My dad and I always do our best to be polite to anyone but we felt as though our respectful tone and attitude towards these baristas were not reciprocated. The lady making our food kept glaring at me like I was a three month old molded pizza she found at the back of her fridge. After ordering our entire meal we find out that they did not accept credit. There was no sign indicating that they did not take credit nor did they tell us about this in advance. My dad attempted to take cash out of their decrepit ATM machine, but to no avail. He apologized sincerely for the inconvenience and they did not so much as utter a word at us except look annoyed as they lifelessly dragged what was supposed to be our food on the counter back towards them. No "sorry for the inconvenience, we should have told you in advance", or "so sorry about that", or even "have a good day" despite my father once again apologizing and wishing them a good rest of their day. We both felt unwelcome and uneasy the entire time. Few words were spoken by the two workers but their actions spoke a lot louder. Would not return to this coffee shop and overall good customer service was severely lacking. Had many amazingly friendly interactions with other food places around the area with this place being the only exception.
Parking: Parking is part of the convenience store/gas station and had relatively a good amount of spots available at the time.

Terrible attitude. We asked for a dirty chai and her snooty response was "we aren't a Starbucks you know" what kind of response is that ? It's quite simple to acknowledge that you don't know how to mix a shot of espresso with a chai latte and say "sorry, we don't have that here" instead of the attitude. And even after finishing making our order, she said "is there something wrong with just ordering lattes?"Being that you're a small Cafe in a small town, you should seriously put some effort into appropriate service for patrons making an effort to come to your place for beverages instead of Tim Hortons. Absolutely appalling customer service. P.s the 4 coffees we bought taste even worse with the attitude mixed in.
