Standard Subway fare, as tasty as you would like it to be! Portions seem to have shrunk over the years, but then perhaps my appetite for value has grown!

Used the App to order, arrived on time, & order was showing as ready for pickup. Had to wait almost 5 minutes while cashier dickered with a kid at the counter, & the other employee ignored me completely. Tuna sub with lettuce cheese onion tomato & mayo was *somehow* so spicy neither I nor partner could eat it. Nothing inside that appeared to be spicy, so no idea wth caused it. Waste of money, & no lunch for us.

The guys behind the counter kicked @$$ and hustled to get the food out... definetly noticeable .. but $48.55 for 2 sub combos .... eeee damn ?

I had a troubling experience with the owner/manager and staff at this location, that suggests they care very little for the community in which they are operating. I drove by en route to our local grocery, (Foodland) on a day when a storm was brewing, and noticed piles of loose garbage, (from a bag that had clearly opened) at the side of their facility. Not having any garbage bags or other supplies on me, being on my way to pick up groceries, (and thinking it was their responsibility, and something they would want to address before the wind blew up), I called to alert them to the situation and politely ask if someone could attend to it. On my way home, noticing the garbage was still there and the storm was brewing, I stopped and asked if they could attend to it. Though there wasn’t another soul in the store, the owner haughtily informed me that “it wasn’t their garbage and he was “too busy” to bother with it.” So, I drove home, picked up a broom, dustpan, garbage bags and gloves, and came back to clean it up myself — (it took me all of 5 minutes to do it).Whether the garbage was theirs or not is almost irrelevant. If a local business cares so little for their own property and the community in which they operate that they can’t take 5 minutes out of their day to clean up some garbage littering their site, I think they likely don’t really deserve our community’s business.My advice, if you are thinking about patronizing the Port Carling Subway? Don’t!!

Lettuce was brown/ wilted and the employees would not change it out and did not care at all. Also this is the first subway that I could not get an Egg/Bacon and cheese sub after 11 pm. I get that the pay is terrible for this job however this is the worst subway I’ve came across yet ! Not that there is any choice in the area however avoid if possible. 19$+ for a 6inch sub and drink/ cookies lol.

Staff is very unfriendly. One of the most inconsistent subway chains I have been to. I ordered a salad and they did not make it up to subways standard. I specifically asked for no spinach, the server was rude to my husband, ignoring him and pretending like he didn’t understand when he was talking to him. This person should be let go or retrained as he is not very good at his job or customer service.
