Went to DQ in Port Dover today for lunch and recieved raw chicken fingers :/ all 6 pieces were completely raw. Hoping we dont get salmonella. I was not able to drive back DQ, so I left a voicemail which was responded to the next day.

Our server was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way to show my son about the history of the dairy queen franchise which he loved and made sure to give us coupons for our next visit.

You see, I love DQ strawberry cheesecake blizzards. So much that I went to get one tonight wirh my girlfriend. and I went through the drive thru, not only was the wait 15 minutes!!!!! But as i received my strawberry cheesecake blizzards I take the first bite and it was good but one key component is missing. THE CHEESECAKE BITES!!!! I am very disappointed because the workers didn’t even bother to say anything after waiting 15 minutes for 2 blizzards and also would not exchange them for different ones. I am very upset and will not be returning.

Excellent service, and tasty food. There aren't really that many topping options for the burgers, but I do love their double bacon ranch burger. DQ is known to be quite expensive, but sometimes they have pretty good food deals, too.

Staff seem to be preoccupied. I'm sure the guy that took our order wiped his nose on his shirt. Had to ask him if he was using the same cup he just dropped on the floor to make my order. Never had such rude treatment at a DQ before. Drive thru spares you, but what else did you miss. Not going back. Nice Halloween decorations.

We went through the drive thru yesterday evening horrible experience. We waited about 15 minutes for 3 blizzards and one ice cream. When Breanna brought the ice cream out she split the parfait in my truck window then with an attitude went to make another didn't give us 1 napkin to clean the mess or an apology. We complained and she argued with us that we had only waited 8 mins. By the time we ordered we waited well over 20 25 mins to recieve the ice cream. They had to make 3 parfaits 2 they dropped and the third the finally put a lid on it and in a cup. Not one apology for the horrible service. They also didn't flip any blizzards as I made them remake them they were all melted all over the cup holder. I get they are under staffed but this is Unacceptable when your paying 30 dollars for ice cream. I want someone from head office to reach out to me regarding this location cause this is not the first time.

10 -10 are the hours posted …..yet if the staff is short they will close early which is fair….today we where there at 9 o clock 3 staff clearly working inside cleaning and they where closed I stood at the window and they could see us but weren’t decent enough to say they where closed they just walked away

I ordered two kids cones and requested it to be smaller - one dipped in chocolate and the other in sprinkles. I pay and go to the pick up side. The cashier had gone to tell the person making the ice cream “the lady has a very specific request that she wants the icecream this size” to which the other employee responds “thats weird why so specific” to which they turn around and see me. I said I’m specific because I don’t want my kids dropping icecream everywhere and having too much sugar. He was taken aback “ I don’t have a problem making it just saying” he then made the incorrect cone w the confetti dip and then gave me the correct one. But if you have something to say about someone - especially a customer please say it when they leave. If I added more you wouldn’t have a problem. You should not have a say in what my request is. It’s rude quite frankly. And I love Dairy Queen, always have. First time in Port Dover. So disappointing. The cone was also stale.
