Last night my husband and I had our very first meal at David’s Restaurant.
It was incredible! The ambiance, the view and the food made our first experience memorable.
We both tried raw oysters for the first time. Ordered 4 (2 each), just to try, ended up ordering 8 more. Absolutely delicious.
The wait staff were very friendly! Would definitely go again! Highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Asked the owner to permit our family to bring uL certified safe, portable air cleaners with us to eat at the restaurant to ensure air was even cleaner for our family.Owner refused.Why would anyone not want cleaner air in their public-facing restaurant?Questionable whether or not the air quality is good at all in that building now. Seems like he is hiding something.Might be a good idea for public heath and safety inspectors to check their air quality.

This is a partial review as I haven't had the full experience in this restaurant.I was on another event, which included lunch and this was the chosen place.My first impression was the spectacular view of the Lake Erie.The place looks great. At the time I came (lunch on Friday November 10) there were not many customers.The menu was limited for the event I was participating on and it didn't include prices.The service and food were average.I will visit this place again to live the complete experience of dining here and will provide an update. For now it is four stars.

While the food was indeed delicious, it did take a very long time. Over half an hour for starters (caesar salad and daily soup). My husbands drink sat empty for 20 mins before our server came to see. Not once did the server come to us to acknowledge the obscenely long wait. It was not busy in there at 7pm yesterday. We had to wait another 20-30mins after we finished our starters for the mains. I had to mention to the server we wanted her to order our desserts before we were even finished our mains because we didn't want to have to wait so long for that.We are not sure if we would come back or recommend it.The quality and taste of food is what would bring us back to try again.

The service was absolutely horrible, the food quality was extremely terrible, our food order for a table of 4 that all ordered steak, none of the steak was done to what we requested and one dish wasn’t even steak, was pork tenderloin??

If I could give a 0 star I would. Service was terrible, the manager was evil and the food tasted like the cardboard box it came out of and I would recommend you never set foot in this establishment.
Been there 7 times and some were good and some not so good. Was recently there with a party of 11 all of which are 50 plus years old. After our second drink order, which took forever, we were asked who was driving. Over three hours there and I managed to order 4 drinks. Two of us had to send our steaks back due to being overdone. When the new steak came out I was told that was rare. It was not rare, it was medium, the way it was supposed to be. Highly overpriced for what you get. Vegetables was one piece of squash and two cherry tomatoes. Just a joke. None of us will be returning. My money can be better spent elsewhere.

Health Protection and Promotion Act allows dogs on patios.Ridiculous!!! Patio yesterday was dead. We have a small dog..doesn't bark (yes, yes I know everyone says their dog is well behaved). Mine is..fact!!! Anyway, each patio table is generously spaced apart by large areas of grass.Guess they DON'T need the business or tips on a beautiful sunny day. Like I said restaurant was dead but restaurants everywhere else were full. I think people generally are sick and tired of being told NO for everything. In Europe they walk the walk. When they say...dogs are part of the family..they mean it. Just saying
