This was always my go to. With great fries and gravy and creamy coleslaw Sadly my last 2 visits were huge disappointments
The portions you get for more money aren't enough to feed a child. A full order of fries is nit even half of a saucer plate
The coleslaw is made with sone spice now and bitter. The Bite size bun you get and little cup of coleslaw ( literally a teaspoon) with a perch dinner. Unfortunately I'd rather pay 25.00 for a meal else where that will actually fill you up.

Classic good breakfast for an even better price. Love casual the vibe. Love the staff (they work so hard!) Overall the perfect diner experience. We pretty much go every day when we’re in town 😂

Friday the 13th called for an early start to the day and what a way to start but with breakfast. Tried The Dairy Bar. Great service. Ordered scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, toast and coffee. $25 including tip for two. Eggs good, sausage NOPE do better, home fries NOPE do better, rye toast good. Fast and efficient service. Supply quality needs an overhaul. .

Local favorite. Had about a 10 minute wait but the servers are fast and the food is worth it. Great menu, reasonably priced and delicious. All the staff works together to make it a very nice experience for the patrons. Next time I'm gonna try the ice cream!

Stopped for breakfast and was not disappointed, Food was so good and the service was amazing. My Coffee and breakfast came out very fast along with the bill so if your pressed for time don't worry I was in and out in no time.

We were so excited to try this place but the service was god awful and there was hair in the food. All the tables were dirty when we arrived but a server barked at us to “sit anywhere”. We chose a table and she only picked up the dirty plates and didn’t wipe the table. She was openly rude to us while taking our order and we had to flag her down for service the entire time. Not a single coffee refill offer the entire time - so strange for a diner. One person at our table was served while the other waited ten minutes only to be told their order went to the wrong table and would she mind eating something else. To top it off, big curly hair embedded in the French toast. It was such a bad experience we thought we were being pranked.

Been coming to Dover Dairy Bar for years and always had good service and food. Unfortunately not sure if they were dealing with staff issues, but service was really slow and a bit disorganized. They might want to rethink the "seat yourself " during busy tourist season
