Best BBQ place ever!!! Garlic Parmesan onion rings were amazing. The Brazilian Lime ribs are by far the best I have ever had. Amazing chef! Sandy our server was fantastic- and funny. Will definitely be back next time we are in Port Dover. 💕

We went yesterday. Food was great, prices very reasonable and superb service. The lady that served us ( whom I am assuming was the owner of the business ) was so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back!

Fat Back BBQ is a great little gem serving up delicious brisket sandwiches, ribs, and fries that are simply "yummy" and "incredible". The owners are kind and provide amazing service, and the little sitting area faces the harbour. The chef's BBQ sauce is a standout, and the meat is perfectly smoked. This family-owned spot offers quality comfort eats like poutine, sticky Asian wings, and Brazilian Lime ribs, with garlic Parmesan onion rings that are amazing. The fries are good in high-quality animal fats, and the staff is kind and lovely. A fun port stop in Port Dover, it’s very worth the visit for good eats. Highly recommended, with many wanting to return for more. Visitors appreciate the tasty, fresh food and friendly service, especially from Diane, who was very friendly and patient. The atmosphere is cool with a large fan, making it a pleasant place to sit. Although the main location near the beach may be closed for renovation at times, the food at other locations is outstanding, with ribs perfectly done and a fabulous sandwich. Prices are generally okay, though some feel a pop for $2.69 is a bit high when it costs less than a dollar to make. Overall, Fat Back BBQ is a fun spot for good comfort eats and a memorable port visit.
