We wanted to try a new dining spot. We certainly were not disappointed. The service was excellent, the food was excellent, the portions were very generous. It was the first time we have been there but definitely won’t be the last! 10/10 . Gerald & Gail Scheerer. Stratford.

Even though it is owned by knecckles, which is amazing. The perch batter was not cooked enough and was very oily and slightly undercooked so that was very disappointing

Sorry to say this. Keeping it kind, batter overload. Salty, couldn't taste the fish. The serving was large. After having to pay for fries and slaw as a side. No thanks. Maybe for some, just not me.
Wouldn't go back.

This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I ordered the perch fish tacos with fries, coleslaw, and a side of gravy. I was really looking forward to it, especially after hearing so many great things about their fresh fish. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to the expectations. The food was just okay—not the best fish or fish tacos I’ve had. I brought my dad for a birthday lunch, and when I asked him what he thought, his response was, ‘It was ok, tastes like fish.’

Service-wise, it was friendly, but there were a few hiccups. The garlic bread appetizer we ordered was forgotten and only brought out after I reminded the waitress—once our meals had already arrived. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but overall, I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to return.

Got called poopy pants from waitress for no reason. Didn't understand asked why didn't get the answer. Never did anything just wanted dinner wasn't busy at 330pm Aug 9 food was good. But I need bs from a lady I never nor do I know being a resident of port dover for over 40 years
