Food was good and reasonable prices. Service was terrible with attitude. We were seated and no waitress for 10-15 mins. Their phone number was posted on the window….so I proceeded to order over the phone. While doing so, a waitress appeared..said nobody told her she had a table to serve. She was not friendly at all. Probably won’t return there…The Beachhouse for me from now on. We won’t try any new restaurants in dover any more.

The waitress processed our debit payment for almost 100 and advised us it didn’t go through. She got another machine and proceeded to process the payment. It was Christmas and I didn’t notice that I was charged twice, when I contacted them about this I was advised the manager would call the next day. Two days later the manager called she was very rude saying that her tills balanced so … she interrupted me several times and really didn’t seam to care, which makes me think this is not the first time this has happened. She told me maybe it was my fault….then said my bank made the error, never an apology and never admitting that the waitress was responsible for not checking or printing out a receipt showing it didn’t go through. This all on top of the fact that I had to send my plate back because gravy was cold. I normally don’t complain or send food back but the managers attitude was very rude. Won’t be going back still waiting for my refund

My folks and I enjoyed the portions of our meal: perch dinners and scallop dinner. Staff were considerate in taking and bringing our orders. We also enjoyed the dessert (chocolate peanut butter pie)We had our meal Christmas Eve. It wasn't too busy.
Great food, good portions, reasonable price! I had the dill soup it was phenomenal! Also had the Chorizo Omlette I was stuffed so full but still wanted to try more on the menu the fish sounded amazing so I'll be back for sure thanks service was amazing 10 out of 10 you're my spot now. Cheers!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables on my plate. I'm sure they do full-on veg too.Dietary restrictions: I didn't ask but they seem conscientious so I presume they'll do the same thing as other restaurants and will cater to the growing clientele of people with made up dietary restrictions (plus the few who really need that service)Parking: no problem to find a spot right outside. Don't quote me on that always being available it might be different in the summer but for sure there's parking all over and lots everywhereKid-friendliness: I saw some hipsters with their baby so means it must be kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Mail level or ramp

Love it here try to get here cpl times a month I get the perch plater with onion rings priced nicely wife and I eat there under $80 , staff very freindly, food us good, the atmosphere very pleasant and relaxingParking: Beside the building approx 30 spots plenty roadside parking alsoKid-friendliness: Have coloring for kids kids Suze mealsWheelchair accessibility: There ramp coming into the restaurant and plenty of aisle space
