What is not to love about this place. The sushi is well made, fresh and a nice size. Lots of options for every palette for sure. Locally owned and the service was fantastic. The price was reasonable for the quality you were getting. We will definitely be returning to this Port Dover gem.

A gem of a place, relaxing coffee house atmosphere situated in a clean, nicely decorated rustic dining room. The food is unbelievable, we had the soft shell crab, a few rolls (Dynamite, Canadian, Philadelphia) and the salmon sashimi(the best ever) ... all of it was deliciously fresh and of the highest quality. We will be back despite an hour drive

Sakura sushi is definitely my go-to when it comes to sushi. The staff is very friendly and quite the lovely family! If you have the chance to dine here, it's definitely recommended if you like sushi.
First visit. Food was excellent. The rolls were so delicious, ingredients fresh and presentation was an A+. It was a Wednesday night and there was only one other group dining in. There was however a constant stream for takeout. Strongly recommend for a great meal.

This is hands down the best sushi you will ever have. It will ruin all other sushi for you. The portions are very large and the ingredients used are so fresh. Plus, the best chicken Katsu I've ever had.
On top of all that, it's owned and run by the nicest family you will ever meet. They are so kind and they remember every face.

My first time eating here and definitely won’t be my last!!! I finally decided to finally try this place as we are new to Dover, and all I can say is WOW 🤩 Probably the best sushi I’ve EVER had! Extremely fresh, even though I got take out. The customer service was awesome. Next time, I plan to dine in as the atmosphere of the restaurant is sooo beautiful and clean! I got 2 of my favourite rolls (spicy crab roll and spicy tempura roll)

I’m so happy that Sakura has set up shop in Port Dover 💛 Although I do tend to stick with the Red Dragon roll and salmon sashimi, I’m sure the rest of the menu is just as satisfying. The owners and chef are so kind and attentive, I hope they receive the same kindness in return.
