Last night 14 of us went to Scoffields to. Celebrate LuAnn Hammonds birthday The waitress was terrific we brought a birthday cake She added sparklers and a candle and gave the birthday girl a free dessert to take home. It highly recommend this place.

Another lousy dining experience in Port Dover. There were no shrimp in the Jambalaya. The chicken pieces were tough. The wee bits of sausage were tasteless. The consistency was soupy. It was the worst. The pico de gallo salad was a let down as well. It was presented with a small amount of dressing in a small plastic container. Seemed as though everything came out if a can. Chicken was cold, tough and flavorless. Total disappointment. Beware. Oh, and don't order a lime/cucumber mojito. It contained barely a hint of mint and wee diced up cucumber, which in no way added to the taste. (I should have known better, because the wait staff were also the bartenders.) Settle for a hot dog and a walk on the beach when in Port Dover.

I was at this lovely little local bistro with excellent menu options and a wide array of beverages. Live music playing to add to the atmosphere. A clean and well kept environment always show a quality establishment in my experience. Personally I would recommend a stop here when in Pt Dover , Ont.

Came for our anniversary and a tad disappointed. Came here around 5 years ago and the place was amazing both food and service. Today it was totally different experience, lack of staff perhaps caused the subpar service. Food was ok but not in same league as a high end pricey restaurant. We had reservations so no wait for table but went down hill after that.

My wife and I went there for a nice lunch. She had the chicken parm sandwich and I had the chicken tenders. They were fantastic :)
We went out to celebrate my son's birthday dinner. The food was fantastic, he chose the seafood pasta. They had live music playing and the musician sang happy birthday to him which made him feel extra special (he turned 9) and we had some great desserts. Our server was excellent and will definitely be back again.

Love Schofields! A contemporary yet cozy space on Main Street in beautiful Port Dover. The service is first class and I've never had a bad meal there. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Tonight I had the fish & chip special. Included soup or salad and was just around $23.

Had a little errand to do in Dover and had thought why not brunch ? We googled and found this gem of a restaurant and thought why not stop. Glad we did ! The food was great, the location is amazing and can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a great Eggs Benny ❤️💯

We drove up from St. Thomas to try a new spot. A cozy bostro with delicous food. Our server was great, the 2 fellows on acoustic guitars was an unexpected treat. We will be returning.
