This ice cream place is better then any other places. This ice is the best because they give you really good amounts of ice cream I got a triple scoop of ice cream 🍦 it didn't look like a triple it looked like you got 6 scoops of ice cream the staff were super nice and it took about 3 minutes to get the ice cream I recommend this place for and also they have a lot of kinds of ice cream

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ The ice cream was absolutely delicious, with extremely generous portions. The wait time was only about 10–15 minutes, which was very reasonable. Seating is quite limited, which normally wouldn’t be an issue since enjoying the ice cream along the beach makes for a great experience. However, we had someone with us who required a walker, and the lack of seating made things a bit more challenging. That was really the only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5, as everything else about the visit was excellent.

We chose to try this ice cream shop versus others in beautiful Port Dover based on the line ups. People were literally lined up down the street at their walk up window, and we understood why after indulging in their creamy London ice cream. Portions were VERY generous, prices were typical for touristy beach front, and the variety of flavours extensive. We had the waffle cones which were good. Extra star given for having a variety of different vegan/plant based flavours. Pup cups(mini cone with vanilla or whipped cream) available for dogs too. The set up was efficient as we placed our order at one exterior window, were given a numbered ticket to retrieve our order around the corner at another exterior window. Very limited seating outdoors in comfy Muskoka chairs. Be aware that there is an extra charge for additional spoons if needed. Will revisit as there’s more unique flavours to try!

Been coming here for Ice cream for years. Always satisfied with the amount of ice cream except for today. Had 2 separate orders of one scoop. When served one was significantly less than the other. Very very disappointing! And the server was super miserable! I wish I took a picture.

Wow... A place that actually offers service and value!! My ice cream in a cup was fantastic, and the ladies serving there was so nice!! I got 2 huge scoops as did my wife and daughter. What was awesome was they have about 8 Plant based ice cream, that's hard to find in most shops. And my wife said they were tasty. So hats off to them and definitely 5 stars for sure 😃

Service at this ice cream shop is poor. The girl behind the counter was having a conversation and took forever to take our order despite the line up having at least 10 people in it. After getting our ice cream I got a cone, we asked for an extra spoon and were told that it’s 50 cents after spending so much money on grocery store quality ice cream - I don’t think so. The place is hideous, clearly antiquated, small town, no class type of people - never again.
