Slow service and no running water in bathroom taps are unacceptable. We only stopped for a cold drink and donut. We hate stopping at Tim's; we need more competition.

It's just coffee, but they will manage to mess it up. Be prepared to spend your visit in Dover waiting in this lineup. No longer motorcycle friendly, got threatened with loitering even though I was a patron. Sorry, but I'm not gunna ride with a coffee in my hand. Think the lady referred to herself as the mayor or something, what a clown. F Dover.

I’ve been here for a couple days doing smile cookiesI can’t get over the team spirit here, the manager is constantly thanking his staff and working just as hard as them on counter. He takes great pride in his restaurant, thank you for letting us be part of the smile cookie party! Love you Tim HortonsFYI: pizza was amazing and ver quickly made!

Hey uhhhhhhhh where the heck is the glaze?Every time I’ve gotten donuts here the last month or so, there’s been like zero glaze on the chocolate or the sour cream donuts. I’ve gotten ‘em from simcoe and they’ve got glaze a plenty. What’s the deal??The coffee also kinda tastes like creek water but hey what can ya do?

Been here couple of times and no complaints. The food was always fresh, positive attitude of staffs and a nice environment in a nice location makes it a perfect place to go frequently. Manager is more oriented towards customer service so all should definitely try this place.
