went to the wrong window to order ice cream, numerous employees noticed but said nothing, when I realized it the girl put up the close sign and closed the window. when asked if I could order she acted like I wasn't there. super disappointed, so was my two year old.

We always go just for delicious hewitts ice cream. There are tons of selections from the ice cream to the cones. Would recommend enjoying your ice cream on a walk down the pier

Ordered the Willie’s burger & sausage on a bun. The burger was below average & the bun tasted stale. The sausage skin was way too thick and difficult to consume. The service standards were sub-par. If we didn’t begin by engaging with a simple “hi, how are you?” the individual taking our order would not have done so. It’s basic hospitality to greet guests in any front facing customer service position. It was our first visit to port Dover and we noticed the customer service was lacking in the area. The atmosphere and exterior design is what attracted us to try this food-joint out. Overall, it looks better from the outside. Plenty of tables available & some parking available. When our number was called to pick up our order we also felt negative energy. Low hospitality in general. We expected to witness more upbeat, excitement from the employees as the exterior design implied so. Prices were average but the food definitely lacked taste.

We went by for the first time yesterday at 6pm. There was a young lady, I'm going to presume a teenager, who was working at the far right front window taking orders. She had brown hair, pulled back with her hat down snug, and I should've asked her name, but she was wonderful. She was friendly, happy, and she was like that with every single person that came to her window.
I imagine at times people are rather rude to her, probably impatient, as food service isn't an easy job and people aren't kind, but if she was having a bad day, one would never know it, she was just chipper and joyful.
