2 orders was 31$ on phone, but when I went to get my food it was changed to 38$ without an explanation. I paid an extra 7$ for sauce packets 😂👎🏻
It's nice to have a Chinese option in Port Dover but Yins is getting worse each year. The last order was average but we decided to give it another go. The portions have shrunk. The chicken in the Chicken Fried rice was scarce to say the least. The Chow Mein was mainly sprouts and tasteless. The Spring rolls were soggy. The texture of the meat in the honey garlic ribs was not good. The Egg Foo Young was decent. Could really do a better job on quality and value.
Food is good.. Speed and phone skills are poor
I called in a big work order. 24 individual diners. I dealt with Presley on the phone. She was amazing, so nice and pleasant to deal with. With 24 custom portions and certain personal preferences. She made sure everyone was correct. Food was hot and delicious. I’m SURE it was not her fault at all!! But our order was delayed 45mins from original pick up time. Again she was amazing and I’m sure there was something on the kitchen end. Other than the unfortunate delay I would order again. Food was great and LARGE 1 person orders!!!

Take out that day, we were all full and plenty of leftovers. Our vegan order was great.
Vegetarian options: Was good.

The worst Chinese food ever. I spent 110.00 for 6 and I could only eat the egg roll and the noodles. The only place that has more salt is the salt flats...never again.

Messed up order, and not the first time. Know others who have ordered here recently with this exact same issue. Order here if you like your time wasted.

Atmosphere:It is very strange that the dining room has been closed since Covid. The management says it due to lack of staff. There are lots of students and others in town looking for work. It look terrible from the street with the dining room closed.Food:I choose the deluxe dinner for 2.The food was primitive and below average. The vegetable/almond chicken was just greens with no colour (pees, celery, peppers). There was little seasoning.General chicken was very soupy and not sweet at all. Completely unlike the typical in a bad way. There is a reason why this restaurant has a low 3.7 rating. Please try to do better, it not that hard!!

We are very disappointed we used to love the order from there but now we don't anymore because the portion of the food is very small we won't order from there again 😡
Excellent food. Hot and fresh. Amazing selection. Vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked. Wonderful port fried rice and broccoli with meat. Only take out but close to everything in Port Dover. You get 5% off for cash.
Good Chinese food. Ordered takeout. They only have take- out at the moment.
