Lovely beach burger joint that has large menu and great ice cream. This place was a highlight to our visit to Port Elgin. The burgers are delish and made right when you order. You have to wait 15 mins but totally worth it (and you’re on a beach and beach time so enjoy the wait!)

The Beachside Cafe has a great menu, excellent food and prices. We eat there as often as we can during the summer and are sad when it closes for the winter. Service is excellent and staff are friendly. There are washrooms accessible from outside at the end of the building. Keep in mind that as with anyplace if they are really busy you will wait longer for your food. They can only work and cook so fast. Also keep in mind that this cafe is on the beach.
