The food was delicious, hot and there was so much. This was our first year going in a different direction from previous years and it was more than we could have asked for. Mike, Brian and Jennifer catered our 50th anniversary party. Even though it was a small gathering, Mike made sure every detail was perfect. We had the fish fry and he arrived exactly when he said he would and the fish served on time. The coleslaw was fantastic and raved about. The fish was cooked to perfection with very little batter and no grease. I would highly recommend Mike and his staff.

Jennifer was prompt and thorough in her communications beforehand, gave me a phone call 3 days before the event to touch base and ensure they were doing everything we wanted and iron out final details and the team showed up on time and needed very little direction while at our event. They cleared tables and cleaned everything up perfectly before they left the hall.
To top it all off, the food was excellent and they happily worked around the food allergy and sensitivities that some of our guests had.
I highly recommend this crew for your next event.

Culinary catering is a fantastic service. They can do anything from small to extravagant. My personal favourite was the valentines take out. The portion was enough for another meal. They are professional and ask questions to suit your taste. They have heart!
