Was there Monday on my way home from work. Went through the drive thru to be told it would be a 15 min wait for chicken. I told him to forget it, that 15 min was too long. Of course I couldn’t get out of the drive thru line up, because there was another car behind me. So I had to wait, until the vehicle in front of me moved. So last night I tried again. This time 10 min wait. Same thing, stuck in the drive true. I’m talking 5:45 both nights. First night was only a 3 pc meal & last night 2 piece meal. It’s supper time & no chicken? You have lost my business. No worries, I won’t be back.
Parking: Zero service.

I was heading back towards Kincardine with no food ready at home, I had no choice but to stop at Mary Brown’s. I wanted to confirm the halal certificate (exp. Dec 2024) as it was my first time, which Javeria helped me out with despite my late arrival (9:50 PM; I did apologize for arriving so close to closing).
She provided me the HMA certificate and answered all of my questions regarding the meat. The staff also went the extra mile by providing me with extra fries!
Great staff, wonderful location, and halal food.

Went through the drive thru and ordered two meals and had to get them refunded. Watched the guy out back who was making our sandwiches talk and text on his phone the whole time with no gloves on while handling our food, grabbing our wedges and fries with hands to put in box. Talking on the phone over our sandwiches while making them. Quite disturbing to witness & has completely turned me off from this location.

Hands down the best fast food i have ever had anywhere in north america or anywhere else really. Spicy Big Mary, spicy chicken pieces, chicken pops, chicken tenders, wedges, fries - everything is absolutely amazing. I don't know why the ratings are bad - maybe cuz of the service? I had zero complaints for the drive thru service and food is delicious. Can't say about other locations, but this one is a true gem and worth several visits in a week. Totally coming back for more when in the area again. Also, food is halal at this location

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicapped parking and good assessability.
Atmosphere - Clean, spacious and bright interior with plenty of seating.
Service - 4pm on Thursday. Restaurant had solitary customer waiting for takeout order. Waited over ten minutes to be acknowledged even in front of till. Finally acknowledged with a 'come here motion.' Ordered two individual meals and told will have to wait twenty minutes as they have no chicken.
Food - Not waiting 40 minutes plus for semi-fast food.
Summary - solitary front counter staff; couldn't bother to acknowledge customers, could not take order ten minutes earlier instead of standing idle looking annoyed.

Amazing chicken and not greasy. The two of us shared a Batters box {weighed about 10 minutes) and received a box of chicken, (6 pieces), potatoes wedges, a boatload of gravy and biscuits. Our meal with drinks was less than $25 total. The manager of the store "Buyers" at the Port Elgin location, came to our table to ask how our food and experience was. We were both very satisfied with our food and service.
