This McDonald’s has it’s days for sure the employees are usually nice, but the service in drive-through is ridiculously slow. I know how it is when it gets busy I’ve worked in fast food But this McDonald it doesn’t matter how many employees they have. They’re just always really slow, which I don’t understand. I had to leave the drive-through one day because I was late for work because of how long they were taking and all I had ordered was one pie. I know it’s hard when it gets busy, but there is techniques to use to make it go faster Like the girl that was taking my payment it took her like five minutes to open the window to let me pay cause she was taking an order for example to make that faster. She could’ve let me pay while she was taking the order and got the line moving faster.no hate just would be nice if employees could try to be more efficient

My food was ready fast and it was made just the way I ordered it. My coffee was nice and hot and had the right amount of sugar in it. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct. The staff is amazing at this restaurant and I will definitely be returning.

I am the guy with black kia forte..I pickup coffee and chicken mc everyday drive thru. They rush a lot and every other day I have to ask them to remake my coffee.. the other day one philiphino lady talked rudely to me as I asked her to add something to the order at window..Take little more time but give correct and quality food. If you guys cannot make coffee properly and just having drive thru to rush with wrong orders, thats bullshit then.

Slow service, collection area crowded, people standing in front of doors making access/egress difficult. Not McD's fault other than if they got the food out quicker the people wouldn't be standing in the way

The staff kicked my dog, flipped me off, and there was a ghost stealing my fries when I was not looking, all while loud crying children were weeping about not having enough rizz points to buy a digital Grimace cup off the facebook metaverse location >:(

Just had one of the worst experiences at a port Elgin McDonald’s had to wait almost 15 minutes for an order that was already pre-ordered while they served everyone else that was ordering behind me their coffee and donuts while my food was just sitting there when I finally got my order handed to me by the unfriendliest Asian woman who said “ there..there’s your order have a good one” It was incredibly rude. Her tone was incredibly off putting if I could’ve given zero stars, I would have it was probably one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to in quite sometime, if you don’t like your job or you don’t like serving people then quit don’t take it out on the customers. She definitely needs a non counter position..
