We ordered 3 spicy veggie, and got one spicy Mcveggie and 2 regular mcveggie. This was so disappointing and when we try to call them they did not answer the call.

Hours need to be changed online, google states they’re open 24hr, also says updated by business 6 weeks ago, I assumed with updated hours, not really a big deal/issue, just so no one else sits in drivethru after 7 hours of driving with an empty belly

No matter which store I seem to go to, Fries are cold, or for breakfast, the English Muffins are always burnt. Gross. Some staff is friendly, others are in a rush and don't seem to care, and don't like to be asked in the straw is in the bag since they no longer give them out with the drinks, which is weird especially if people are waiting for food.

I’m so sick of Canada not getting any of the good things. I was so excited to possibly get a blue raspberry slushy but I can’t cuz I live in Canada and this is a constant issue.

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese.. and literally got meat and cheese in a bun. No pickles, onions or ketchup. Gross. Also the girl working practically threw the bag into my car window at the drive thru. Lovely service.
If I could give this place negative reviews I would. Service here is absolutely terrible. The workers here are very rude, I've never had anyone treat me in such a manner. They all seemed dead on the inside, absolute NPCs, programmed robots. I hoped the workers here would be like those at timhortans, they treat you in such a nice way, best service ive ever had was there. Not to mention this location didn't have a play place, I left severely disappointment.

Oh sooo slow in drive through! 4 iced coffees took 20 minutes and she could barely hear us at the 2nd speaker. Judging by the reviews, this restaurant needs a serious management overhaul.

We waited half an hour for our food, which is completely unacceptable. When we inquired about it, they informed us that they didn't have any cookies and needed to make them. At that point, we decided we no longer wanted the cookies. It is absurd to make customers wait half an hour just for a cookie!

Been to this location 3 times in the last 2 months. Ordered through the app each time. Selected drive through pickup. Each time i was told that the payment didn't go through on the app and was asked to pay at the window. The first time i did only to find out i had been charged twice for the same order. Refused to pay again the second and third time and said i will park and come in with the reciept that was emailed to me from the app moments later.
Reading some recent reviews it does not seem like i am the only one with this issue. There is either a problem with the app or a problem with employees. Either way, it's a nuisance and needs to be fixed. Going to Wendy's down the street from now on.
