If your in the market for this type of food it's always prepared well. Friendly service and easy to work with, some items have been taken off the menu lately unfortunately but still great selection

We were here at 10:50 pm just ten minutes before closing and Jaspreet still took our order and waited almost 15 minutes past closing time. Excellent service provided by her. Really appreciate it. Thanks Jaspreet.
Great food and great service!
I got the lamb on the rocks meal with some falafel. The lamb was over cooked and like rubber and the rice was either under cooked or old because it was dry and crunchy in some bites. The falafel was burnt and dry. I normally like Osmow's but this location needs improvement. The girl who took my order was nice enough though.
We are very frequent visitors to the Port Elgin location and have alway been happy with both the service and the food. But I must say that we were very disappointed in the change to the lettuce for our salads. Shredded lettuce does not make for a crisp refreshing salad and the salad is a big part of the reason we come to Osmows. I certainly hope that this was a one off and maybe you ran out of chopped salad lettuce. If not, we will be switching to the competition.
Love Osmows! We typically go to the one in Port Elgin. It would be great if they could add a Koala Care station and a couple high chairs. :)

Could use a better channel on TV. Instead of repeating commercial. Young ladies who serve are great ,kind ,polite.
We ordered falafels plater and chicken platter and all of the family members including kids got sick! Severe diarrhea and vomits . It happened twice in last three months. ! Never ordering anything from here again.

This place Shawarma and wraps have gone from bad to worse to worst!!
Shawarma plate had so less topping n sauce and wrap was equally bad!
