Seams like all osmows are the same, beefs is issue dry with little or no taste, bits a grizzly and tough to eat, chicken on the other hand is better tasting and more edible

Good food, but if you take an order on the phone and tell me it will be ready in 10mins, I would expect the food to be ready when I get there to pick it up on time and not starting to make it after I get there.

All 3 beef dinners were loaded with fat and grizzle. Unappetizing 🤮

Never will return. Quality control is not up there considering the price!

Friendly service but found food quality and portions poor especially compared to other shawarma places. Upgraded to saj wrap and got a thin wrap with little filling. Will not return

Osmow’s in Port Elgin is a clean and welcoming spot. The chicken shawarma was excellent, and the rice was tasty and full of flavor. It did have a bit too much sauce, but the heat level was just right. Overall, the restaurant was well-maintained and offered a great dining experience.

It was my turn to place my order and the food order itself was fine, but the moment i asked for the spicy sauce they looked at me and said i probably couldnt handle it eventhough i had this multiple times before. I dont understand why I was not allowed to get the spice level I requested extremely disappointed and my meal was not how I wanted it or normally how enjoy it.

Flaming hot sauce

I couldn't believe the portion size at this osmow restaurant. I'm unsure if it's changed across all restaurants, but I was hungry after eating an entire wrap from them. My first time ever finishing an entire wrap- and I could have eaten 3 at that size.. Had to make a meal for myself. Very disappointing.

Mannu was an incredible service. The food was amazing!
