Numerous times I’ve been in this establishment and they never have any gluten free pitas.
Need to restock or take off menu.
It is 7:40pm on a Friday the website says open till 9pm the store is closed knocked on the door and the guy comes to the door and says he is closed no staff to run the store is he not staff...anyways I drove in from an hour away just for some pitapit and this guy just doesn't want to work is the deal not worth coming here anymore...

I didn't ask for mushrooms but somehow, they ended up on the grill and into my pita. I despise mushrooms. I was the only one in there, it was not an accident. Didn't know until I got home. Total waste of money. I don't know why I'm tipping these days, people just don't care to do a good job.

The two guys who worked during the day Saturday July 13th need training: They are not what pita pit franchise is about. I was shocked at their lack of customer service and lack of communication skills. The guy making the pitas literally chose 2-4 pieces of ingredients and threw it into the pita in an angry way. Then I’d say “can you please add more?” And he’d again choose tiny portions and throw it into the pita aggressively. I asked for the owners phone number or email from the other guy working and he basically said no. So these 2 guys are there representing pita pit franchise in a low form. Pita pit franchise should do a re-training of all staff at this location. Terrible experience and will not be back.

They were out of the smoked meat they were advertising on a large sign on the door. However the small chicken Caesar and the regular chicken were delicious pitas. I should mention that my.wife thinks that the small has become smaller, but she said it was very good and a reasonable portion.

Similar experience as many unfriendly staff, portion size was tiny, purchased two pitas one as a combo and it came to nearly $40 for one steak and one chicken bacon pita, almost positive the staff overcharged me and would not provide a receipt.

This place used to be the best, but now it is terrible. Service was unfriendly and acted annoyed by our presence. Barely gave any toppings on the grill or when packing the pita and they no longer carry certain ingredients I used to get every time. I also ordered a smoothie and he put four pieces of mango in the entire blender and it was basically just lukewarm mildly sweet water. The video is the consistency of my "smoothie" right after it was handed to me, and not even filled to the top. The booths are also peeling and gross. I would rather drive to Orangeville than ever come back to this pita pit.
