We were in town for the afternoon from Owen Sound and decided to stop her for a bite to dine in (wife, daughter, and myself)We were greeted by an excellent employee (who's name I didn't catch, tried before we left, but he was busy in the back tending to what seemed like everything)We asked if we could dine in, but due to staff shortages, the restaurant wasn't operational. He said we were more than welcome to grab a booth and he would tidy up when we left. Pizza was great, service was amazing.This employee was super courteous to every customer, either on the phone or walk in.Nice to see the staff that DO want to work, are working hard.Great experience for a pizza, even if it looked like it was not in service.Thank you.

so disappointed,We ordered 2 panzerottis a regular and large! the large is the size of what the regular use to be and the regular is the size of a pizza pocket. this cost me $44.00 with delivery and $4.00 tip! neither panzerotti has cheese in them! will not order from this establishment

ordered a regular and large calzone so disappointed! cost $44.00with delivery and tip! the large is the size of what a regular use to be and the regular is the size of a pizza pocket you put in the microwave... I will not be ordering from this establishment

Friendly happy staff on the phone and at the restaurant for my pick up order. The chicken ranch pizza was to die for - now my new favourite. Everyone else in the family raved about theirs as well. The restaurant unfortunately doesn't have the dining room open so it's uncomfortably quiet when you go in. I recommend they put some (loud) music on.

The owner is awesome, shortages in staff but he keeps it open for take out. Wonderful service and food every time we go to Port Elgin Pizza Delight.
My daughter & I stopped for supper, the gentleman who served us was super friendly, food was quickly made, we were happy they were open when other places were closed at 8pm.

VERY unimpressed with our order.I had company from out of town, and wanted to share Pizza delight with them, as they havw never had or have a location near them.I preordered for pick up, and when we arrived 10 mins early our pizzas were already made sitting in the warmer and by the time we drove 5mins to our home to enjoy our dinner it was extremely cold, not cut properly and very disappointing. I felt bad and embarrassed sharing this experience with my company. They asked to have pizza for dinner, and I thought I would treat them to pizza they have never had. And being Pizza Delight is local, yet not a huge chain like Dominos or Pizza Hut, I would support them, I wont make that mistake again.

I had high hopes that were let down by the pizza I purchased. "Bacon and cheese stuffed crust" sounds enticing. $40 for me to *pick up an 8 slice, very undercooked pizza (just barely done past raw dough.) The flavours were there, the sauce, unique and tasty. But I had to actually finish cooking the pizza at home - that was new. -the restaurant was nice, and man at the counter was friendly and kind, though. Shame. Whoever cooked the pizza needs to be retrained.

Eaten here many times over the years but this is the first time that the meal was absolutely disgusting. Purchased online - delivery - the worse garlic bread I have ever had, looked like it was not baked enough with a thick layer of cheese on it - absolutely disgusting the topping on the pizza was not spread proper on the pizza with one slice covered in onion with no cheese. Both the boxes on the top and bottom was sticky and messed with the honey chilli sauce. When I called the restaurant all they offered was an excuse of new kitchen staff.
