So I usually order from Pizzaville in Port Elgin, Ontario, but I just ordered it tonight (Dec. 23/24) and it was ass... this pizza was left in the oven too long, it was hard like it was left out for a few hours and re heated. Pizzaville was my go to pizza, but I will be taking my business elsewhere!

We mistakenly ordered the wrong items, completely our fault, but the incredible staff went above and beyond to correct it for us without hesitation. The pizza was fantastic—fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. Customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area looking for great pizza and friendly, helpful staff. Five stars!
