This is my favourite place to eat in Port Elgin. Everyone who works here is amazing, kind and a delight to interact with. I recommend Saffron to anyone who passes through town!

I had the daily special. Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap was awesome! Peas and rice had some heat more than the wrap but decent flavour with the spices. Also had dessert Orange Pistachio & Almond Cake this was freshly made and tasty. I would easily recommend this restaurant. I had mine take out maybe next time eat inside.

When I am in the Port Elgin area, our go to is Saffrons and it never disappoints! Food is so flavourful. We always split a Cuban wrap and the pad Thai, so good! I always call ahead to make sure we can get a table or a timeslot for pick up. Recently I found out they have been doing breakfast on Sundays, you definitely need a reservation. Very busy. Breakfast menu was different, I had the butter chicken eggs Benedict. It was fantastic. Cute little restaurant. Great service.

Saffron has been the most consistent restaurant in Saugeen Shores to make the best tasting food! The owner is very friendly, and although their curb location doesn't sell them as much as it should, no one will be disappointed with any order they make here. 10/10

Staying at McGregor point campground and didn’t feel like cooking. We went into town in search of a restaurant that had some good vegetarian and vegan options and this place was perfect. Their meat based dishes also looked amazing also. We served by Jen, an owner who obviously loves what she does and is proud of the amazing food they serve at Saffron. Highly recommend !

Simply outstanding. Had the vindaloo special and it was amazing. My wife had the butter chicken and said it was the best she’d ever had. Can’t wait to go back. Jenn is delightful and full of energy. Patio out back is lovely.

Amazing Indian food!! Had the vindaloo and doubles. Waitress was actually the owner and incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Great place can't recommend enough. They hustle in there! Make sure to get a reservation or make a take out order early! It's worth it

What an incredible restaurant! You can taste the care, love and passion that this team puts into their dishes. The staff is kind, the portions are generous and the food gets better as you eat it. My only complaint is that I live 2.5 hours away and won't be able to enjoy their meals every week. Simply amazing!
