This location seems to be declining. Bread never seems fresh even when dining at peak hours, some staff has become increasingly frugal went distributing toppings. I dont know why but they do not listen to what you say. For example, “would you like your sub toasted sir?”, “no thank you”, *puts it on the toasting trey* “not toasted please, not toasted” *continues to put it towards toaster* “NOT TOASTED”…
I will probably drive to another location to get a sub worth the increased price…(miss the 5$ ft long)

This subway in Port Elgin is getting way too cheap!!!!!!! I’ve been going here for the last few years ordering the same sub with extra pickles and now they give me the hardest time if I ask for extra pickles and sometimes won’t give extra at all. Today I went in and they put very little pickles on it and when I asked for more, the girl only gave me 3 across the whole sub, so I asked for a little more and when she went to put more on, the guy working piped up loudly and threw his hand up and said “no, she already gave you double pickles, that is excessive” and wouldn’t give me anymore. This is my sub. If I want extra pickles, there should be good enough service to give me what I’m asking for and paying for.

Ordered 2 subs with my friend both of them where different they didn’t mark anything i asked the guy and his reply was i dont know you can just open it like what you are the one who’s making it so its your responsibility to make mark it for the customer.

Ordered on the app. Order was to be ready at 6:55 pm. Arrived at 6:53. Waited for him to finish another large order then let him know I was there for my order. He told me I needed to wait 10 minutes. I asked for a refund. He also said I had to wait 10 mins. If I wanted to wait I would not have ordered ahead.

This location has become very inconsistent with their topping amounts. Perhaps it has to do with who is working. Sometimes I will get a sub full of toppings, but increasingly I will get home and the sub has almost nothing in it. Pic for reference.
Supposed to be lettuce tomato pickles red onions banana peppers and sauces. Disappointing.

We always patronized this subway location
Past 6 months we have eased off due to pretty bad experiences
The buns are stale and they put hardly any toppings on it
Each time we visit less
It use to be there was so many toppings they would fall out and you couldn't get your mouth around it
Summer months there were flies everywhere it was disgusting!!!!
they were behind the sneeze guard landing on all the food and on the counter cutting board
It's sad that it was really good
Excellent customer service and owners very nice
After our last visit and our 12 in sub being so small that it will be a long time till we revist

This Subway will accept as many orders as they can without actually keeping up with them. Online orders and pickups are never consistent.

Went into the Port Elgin Subway to get a couple of subs for supper. I will NEVER go there again. I was completely ignored, waited 5 minutes and walked out. No one greeted me, no one said "we will be with you in a moment" nothing. Completely ignored me. I was the only customer in line. Terrible, terrible customer service
