Communication needs to be worked on and a priority here. Worst drive thru experience as we were cut off mid order to ‘drive up’ even though we were not done ordering. The lady taking the order was not making it a priority and trying to do other things when she clearly could not multi task.

What a terrible experience at this branch - staff have had no training and lack any customer service experience she got my order wrong instead of apologizing and offering to correct she started screaming and shouting that it was correct - phoned and left a message for the manager to call me to discuss but they did not
