The rudest staff ever. they don’t say a single word to you. not even the total. just hand the machine and walk away. Orders are often messed up and they get extremely mad and rude when you correct it. very disappointing and really ruins the experience. owners seem to not do anything about complaints

Mobile orders here get acknowledged only after you go inside and make them aware of the order.
The quality of baked goods is worse than Circle K. The staff does not take pride in this area of work.
The staff also clearly doesn't listen to the drive thru window, they have misheard and messed up my order numerous times.

These are a culmination of visiting almost daily on my way to work for a two week period.

No professionalism at this place because I was at drive thru, waiting for my food and in this meantime one of their short height brown girl worker just pick a food n eat it and she didn’t wear a gloves as well like seriously I was shocked and I always come to this store for coffee and breakfast

Today,(5th Oct ) I tried the French vanilla medium and double double, and honestly, both were disappointing. The French vanilla was particularly underwhelming—it tasted like watered-down coffee. I've been a regular at this place and have always enjoyed my drinks, but today’s experience was the worst I've encountered. I strongly recommend reviewing the quality.as the worst I've encountered. I always have a great experience at Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly, respectful, and always greet me with a smile. They’re quick and efficient, and they make sure my order is accurate.

I always try to be understanding when it comes to the customer service industry, everyone has a bad day. However, the staff at this location are miserable to deal with every single time. They are rude, unwilling to correct mistakes, and frankly terrible at their jobs. Based off of the other reviews this is not a new problem, or one that has been corrected. Freshness is an issue, between the bugs in the cases and the curdled coffee I’ve received more than once. And when I ask them to remake it, they argue with me, and then continue to have a poor attitude. Something needs to be done.
