Clean, convenient location that seemed to be busy, particularly in the “drive-thru” area.
They had Vanilla-Toasted Coconut doughnuts which was refreshing to see, as most stores only carry the Chocolate variety. The change was nice.
Ordered two teas and (2) Vanilla toasted coconut doughnuts and used their washroom facilities which were as clean as could be expected for a “fast food” chain.
Everything was as or better than expected. No complaints today from this Tim Hortons location.

They seem to never get my order right, no matter what, somewhat infuriating when you are spending $3+ on a drink

Their bran muffin and coffee are always good.
I thought I’d give T.H another try after not going for over a year. After a 15min wait in drive through. I asked for a well toasted Bagel and cream cheese. Some cream cheese came on it. The bagel was not crispy or hot at all.

Very bad customer service by the morning manager itself.a lot of attitude she had , we were just asking some ice in a plastic cup and we're willing to pay extra for the cup ,but she denied giving a plastic cup. Says she won't give a plastic cup, then we had to explain her that we need the cup for the kid as he wanted to drink the chocolate milk in a tim hortons plastic cup.finally she gave us the cup after a lot of discussion. firstly this kind of service is not expected from a manager at tim hortons. You don't keep escalating a customer query being a manager. It's understood if a situation gets escalated by a team member , but being a manager, you need to know not to show your tantrums on your customers.
