I asked for a large mocha ice cap but I got a medium ice cap I told the person I ordered a large she said I ordered a medium. I had no way to prove that I asked for a medium because I paid using my points.

I ordered an iced coffee with no ice, but they gave it with ice. When I mentioned it, the staff member quickly dumped it in the sink, and some coffee splashed on me. I was then given another one with no ice, but the quantity was noticeably less. Overall, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Food was normal. As any time hortons food is. Service was okay. This location is very small the drive thru was faster than the front counter . But the coffee was good. Even for expired coffee. I seen the blinking red lights on the thermos.pots .

My absolute favourite place in Port Elgin. The staff are friendly and always polite and smiling. The manager Trish is always willing to listen if I have a concern and is quick to get it fixed.
