Wendy's doesn't cut corners, and the staff at this location don't either! Ive visited this location a handful of times and I've never been disappointed. The staff are all very friendly and make conversation with you while you're waiting for your fresh food to be prepared. The food is always warm, and fresh. With any and all modifications adhered to. This location is always kept clean and tidy. Bathroom included!

Ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo and after stating I wanted classic sandwich and not the spicy several times, I got the spicy. did go in showed them the mistake, they took it back but they made me a new one left the spicy one in the bag and took my fries. No apology, just handed me the bag and turned away. Not good for customer service. My last time here.

So the Girl at the front looks like she is not having it. Place feels and smells dirty, grease is everywhere! The pop machine has no ice and pop flavours are limited the pop available is hot !! For Wendy's, this location does not honor the brand

Thé food was grosss we were in today to get a taco salad Thé lettuce was brown and. Tomatoes looked old and had a white ish color to them Thé new taki chicken burger was to come with takin fries and the fried S had no flavor of them Thé powder they put in there was very little and all bounced into a ball. Not even on the fries The pic shows the powder on them on the store photo but when ya actually get them this is what happens they aren’t even coated. And taste nothing like Takis at all Thé pic below shoes where all the powder went It all coated into a ball they are definetly not worth the price we usually go to a Wendy’s whenever we are in a town that has it but port Elgin was the only place that has one close to kincardine. So we chose that one today and was very disappointing could have gotten better quality of food at Boston pizza for the same price we spent fifty some dollar. To get crap food and the staff just kept starring at us Thé entire time makin us feel very uncomfortable. We his is by far the worst experi nice we have ever had at any Wendy’s I didn’t even feel well after eating the salad and had to make myself like as I was sick to my stomach after eating it. Will not be going back and I will be calling coroperate office Thé high chairs were nasty and sticky and clearly not been cleaned properly either

i ordered an orange frosty, when i got home found out, I got a cup of vanilla ice cream
If i could put a zero star i would i paid for my food and they refused to make it or give me my money back took 20 minutes to resolve something that should take 2 minutes

Burger was mediocre. So cold even the cheese wasn’t melted. Asked for ketchup and the top burger bun was drenched in it. Bacon was cold too. Asked for dine in and was given to go. Service was also just “meh”. Gave this location two tries but won’t be back. Store was clean at least. Needs improvement in food and service.

Sometimes it's a hit and miss today. The fresh chicken nuggets are nice and hot that's the way supposed to be. People don't mind waiting if it's fresh but when you wait and then it's not made to the liking or cold not good
