We had lunch today. The food and service were amazing. The building is a bit of a dank, the seats are uncomfortable but the food makes up for it.

Visited this establishment on Sat round 11:45am. Was greeted with Are u here for the buffay. We asked what is in the buffay reply was that it was on the table there are signs she proceed to tell us the price. We then said we will order off the menu. Waitress informed us that we can only order egges and bacon. We settled for buffay( we were not impressed) while sitting there more customers came in Strange they were given the opportunity to order off the menu! Now if this was a time issue the waitress could have explained instead of the abrupt we don't have a menu. This was a difference of 15mins at most. Restaurants wonder why the tips are low. Seriously I tip when the service is there. You give substandard service u get that in a tip.

Great atmosphere and service, great menu made it hard to decide but finally went for the miss piggy that did not disappoint, amazing flavor. I would order it again. Thank you Chef Stan.

Food was good, lots of burger options. In particular, the chicken wings were excellent, very meaty and nicely cooked and seasoned. Service was good, very friendly. A relaxed atmosphere for dining. We appreciated the owner opening early for our group. In all a good experience.

Strongly recommend this place to everyone!! Awesome food, really fast service, friendly outgoing and helpful servers (and Chef Stan himself!!) Our group of about 20 was accommodated easily and everyone enjoyed their meal! Would definitely visit The Saloon again!

Absolutely loved Chef Stan's Saloon. The food was great and best service ever! And, if you are a lover of 'HOT Sauce' ... your palette will be challenged. I thought I was the 'queen of hot sauce' but when Chef Stan brought out his HOT Sauce for my chicken wings, I had to surrender. I highly recommend Chef Stan's Saloon in Port Rowan: delicious food, great service and (if you are a lover of hot sauce) Chef Stan's Hot Sauce is smokin' hot, like nothing you've ever tasted.

Stopped in for a phenomenal lunch today. Great food and service. Maple chicken sandwich was delicious!
We love long point and port Rowan! We have eaten at the “saloon” a few times. We messaged a head as we had a friend with a gluten allergy. They got back to us really quick with what options that had and even offered to source other foods if we needed (corn nacho chips). Anyway all our food was fantastic we shared the wonton nachos and the giant Mottza stick was amazing. The Big Crunch dill was great!
Dietary restrictions: Or friend had a gluten allergy. Chef Stan and team were will to source foods as needed (they didn’t have to as their burger is gluten free)
Parking: There is parking around. Depends how busy downtown is

Love the Big Dill Crunch here. Chicken is perfectly fried every time. Nice to see a cozy sit down restaurant in Port Rowan since the demise of the Sunrise Cafe.
