Who shouted “Road Trip!”? 🚗💨 Destination: the other Port… Port Rowan, and the Country Fork 🍴. And folks, I’m officially spoiled.
Let’s start with Shan’s Quesadilla Chicken Salad. holy “hey Zeus” (that’s “jesus” in Mexican, folks) 🤭 Honestly, it was less of a salad and more of a full-blown fiesta. Even the tortillas were working overtime: cheesy, melty, crisp perfection. Then came the hunks (yes, hunks) of chicken breast so good they should’ve had their own spotlight. Add in homemade dressing, salsa, and guac! Forget icing on the cake—this was guacamole on the tortilla, which is way better.
Now, my Philly Beef… oh sweet mercy. Imagine thin-sliced roast beef so tender it practically sighed when the fork hit it. Toss in onions and mushrooms sautéed just enough to flirt with caramelization, blanket the whole glorious mess in provolone, and then, (because why not) slather it with garlic aioli. All delivered on a toasty marble rye bread that deserves to be bronzed. Sidekick? A creamy dilly macaroni salad that had me plotting how to smuggle extra home.
As for our server Monty a 10/10. Charming, efficient, and the kind of guy who makes you feel like you’ve been a regular since birth.

Reuben sandwich was awesome! Meat could have been cut a little thinner but take that with a grain of salt!
pretty sad when you have to make reservations in a small town restaurant for breakfast and if you don't have reservations even though their are plenty of tables that come available and stay empty they refuse to seat you because you don't have a reservation is pathetic so we decided to do take out took a long time to get it defently not worth the wait won't be going back their again $40 for two breakfasts and aperantly when you do takeout it don't come with coffee but same price
Stopped in for a late lunch. First time for me. Had the Adult grilled cheese with Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. If we ever make it back to Port Rowan, I would definitely go back. Thank you for a lovely lunch!
Cool old building. Delicious good with generous portions. Check in advance to see if it is cash only.
Food and service was fantastic.
Rustic restaurant with excellent service and good food!

we were tourists visiting port rowan & my boyfriend ordered the Philly cheesesteak Panini and it was absolutely horrid. it tasted fake, old, rubbery….” It was the worst thing I’ve ever had in my life” is exactly what he said. we will never be going back there when we visit. pricing wasn’t the greatest for why you get either - stay away
Sweet and Tangy Chicken Ciabatta was great. The restaurant also had a unique, vintage vibe to it as well. I’d prob get the Cesar salad next time though.
Just found a gem. Great menu. Different from your typical place. I will be back to try it all!
We both had their version of eggs benny, and it was delicious.

Good all around. Couldn't finish breakfast, so definitely didn't leave hungry. Would definitely stop again, should I be passing through
