It was five minutes plus before we acknowledged and sat outside at a picnic table. The atmosphere was nice. We were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes after we sat down. We had our order ready to go once our waitress showed up and she did apologize profusely. Our drinks were good, I had the Caesar. Food came out after about 20 minutes. After meaning to visit The Boathouse for ages, we finally made our way there for the first time, and it did not disappoint. Nestled by the marina, the restaurant offers a lovely patio with a relaxing view of the harbour—perfect for soaking in the atmosphere while enjoying a meal.
