Dill pickle fries are awesome... burgers are ok ... wait at least an hour for food on weekends it's very popular and busy and you can't order ahead.
What a great place to eat. The fries are delicious and Huge portions !!!
poutine was okay and pickle fries were also okay worth the stop
A must-do if you’re in Southwestern Ontario. The dill pickle fries are crispy and SO plentiful and delicious. Also be sure to try a a footlong or a fish taco! Make the drive to Long Point; you won’t regret it.
Well worth the drive and the money. The dill pickle fries are amazing!!
Absolutely amazing a must try if you like fries and pickles
Made the trek from Toronto to try out the chip ship given all the recent commotion. We waited in line for about 30 minutes to place the order, but that’s understandable for a truck doing their best to pump out orders. They do supply umbrellas to cover you from the sun.
The food was good but taste wise nothing remarkable. I did appreciate the portion sizes and definitely think the price is justified. All in all, if you’re coming from out of the city it’s worth the experience especially if you stop and check out some nature sites along the way.
Had a great experience at The Chip Ship today! The cashier was phenomenal 🙌 So personable, so outgoing, chit chatting a little bit with each customer they served! That alone blew me away. The food was also delicious, and they have a huge menu! Will definitely be back.
We drove two hours to get here because it was something different and we just had to try it out and it was worth the drive. Not only was the food delicious but the customer service we received was exceptional. The lady who took our order was so sweet, helpful, and patient… and good customer service will always bring me back to a business. We tried the fresh cut fries, the dill pickle poutine, a cheeseburger, and a foot-long hotdog and everything was great. The quality of the food was very good… no cheap buns or frozen fries here. We’re glad we made the drive and we will be back.
The food was excellent! There was a few people waiting but I received my food quickly and the service was pleasant. Located close to the provincial park. There are some picnic tables available to sit at.

Huge portions for decent prices. Very friendly service. Reasonable wait time, though I am sure in the height of summer season it can get quite busy and have longer waits, but I think it's worth the wait for good food. Close to the beach.
