The customer service I received here was terrible. Cone melted in seconds and fell onto my lap (it wasn’t even that hot out). Asked questions politely and got met with snarky and rude remarks from the owner as well as the two girls working behind the counter. Customer service isn’t for everyone especially people who will laugh and blatantly ignore you when walking into their establishment!

I've been visiting twins since I was child, visting my aunts cottage . Twins is the coolest little ice cream shop with endless flavor options . I've always gotten the cookie dough in a waffle cone and it never disappoints . Twins located in the heart of port rowan and is so worth the day trip .
Quaint little place with an enormous selection of ice cream. Very popular by the locals, including many Amish families it seems.
Great place to stop by. Limited seating though.
